Crowne Plaza CHESTER by IHG ★★★★
"Excellent service from reception when we arrived to Raffael in the bar/restaurant and all the other staff were helpful and cheerful. Food was excellent, we had a full meal one night and bar snacks the following night and everything was tasty and well presented."
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa Chester ★★★★
"This stay was really nice but to pay for spa was disappointing I was only there one night as my husband was in hospital close by so ended up paying 40 for spa in night and in morning and there where lots of people with club membership so wasn’t that relaxing as I was staying at hotel to relax I wouldn’t return the staff where really nice so if you don’t want a spa to relax I would recommend"

Cbh Rowton Hall Hotel and Spa
"Super relaxing hotel, loved having the spa to use and the staff are so friendly! The hotel room was a little dated but you do feel you’re staying in a “proper” hotel! The staff looked after us so well and were even kind enough to put us in a quiet room as there was a wedding on one night, which we really appreciated. The grounds are lovely if you get chance to walk around!"
Manor Wood
"Lovely clean campsite - with the bonus of a heated outdoor pool! 2 great play parks, 2 fishing lakes, tennis courts and a games room. Staff were very friendly and there was a nice cafe with outdoor patio overlooking the lake. Unfortunately the car stops serving at 1.30pm on a Sunday - so that was a bit disappointing and frustrating. But apart from that we had a great time. Nice pub/restaurant a 10 min walk away too. Would definitely recommend it and would go back if in the area."
Brook Mollington Banastre Hotel & Spa
"Needs a little TLC apart from that very welcoming ."
Macdonald New Blossoms Hotel
"Thats a great hotel I have seen a hotel like this for the first time in my life"
Chester Apartments
"Was an amazing stay at such a lovely apartment spread over 3 floors. Very spacious and is situated in a prime location. Paul and Sally are honestly the loveliest hosts I’ve ever met and will 100% be returning back as Chester is a fabulous town to come stay. You will not be disappointed! Chester Zoo is 10 mins driving time, Chester Cathedral and the Chester Wall are in walking distance."
Hotel Indigo CHESTER by IHG
"The overall environment is good, the facilities are complete, and it also meets the epidemic prevention standards. It's good"
Premier Inn Chester (Railway Station)
"Booked with my girlfriend for a 3 day break. We saw the weather was supposed to be really hot so we upgraded to a premier plus room which comes with aircon. Unfortunately the aircon wasn't working properly during our stay, kept turning itself off and wasn't properly blowing cold air, I know it's not the end of the world but it wasn't nice to be out in 32c sun then return to a hot an sweaty room, especially when we had paid extra for it. The staff were really nice and brought us a fan but it's not the same as aircon. They did bring in workers to try and fix but was still broke when we left. The hotel is lovely and the staff are really nice and pleasant, I would definitely recommend as long as the aircon works and it's not too hot. I think we just had bad timing of weather being roasting and aircon not working"
The Boathouse Inn & Riverside Rooms
"A very unique hotel. The hotel has a great river view. The on-site parking is very convenient. It's very close to the old town."
ABode Chester
"Our stay was a little underwhelming overall. The location is excellent, but the facilities left something to be desired, especially considering there are more affordable hotels in Chester that offer more. On arrival, there was only one set of towels in the room, though reception quickly resolved this and the service we received throughout was faultless. The dressing table light wasn’t working, and we were also given conflicting information regarding late checkout, night reception advised it was free until midday, but when I called in the morning, I was told there would be a charge. While the room itself was very basic, it was clean, which we appreciated. That said, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again."
Roomzzz Chester City
"Used to stay overnight for half marathon following morning. All very clean and room made up to high standard, apart from bathroom door which did looke tricky to maintain. Staff very friendly and promptly arranged our late check out and extended carparking."
Rowton Poplars Hotel
"The room was very clean and comfortable bed.. i will visit again"
Premier Inn Chester Central North
"Very nice hotel, staff was really friendly and breakfast was nice. The room were quiet hotel could of done with aircon"
Brookside Hotel & Restaurant
"I thought it would only take 5 minutes to get there, but it ended up taking 20 minutes in the rain. I found out that the agency platform charges about 30% more. The community hotel has no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up by myself. Then I found out that the room was so small that I couldn't unfold my suitcase to take things. The breakfast was a typical British breakfast, which was enough to fill my stomach. What I couldn't accept was that there was no place to put my luggage after I checked out, and they said they were not responsible for the safety of my luggage. No one looked after my luggage, which was really unexpected. Finally, the old lady suggested taking my suitcase to a locker at the station and spending a few dollars to store it. The actual result was that Chester Station didn't have this service. I was stunned! There are two other hotels 3 minutes away from the station, such as Lloyd Hotel, which is better, and the actual price is about 55~60 pounds."
