The Queen at Chester Hotel, BW Premier Collection
"Facilities: Decent, a little old but still functional. Hygiene: Clean and tidy! Environment: Very close to the train station, and there's a bus stop right outside that goes to the outlet mall. Service: Friendly and met basic needs."
The Seven Chester
Mill Hotel & Spa
"Brilliant hotel. Room large and spacious and clean. Breakfast plentiful with lots of choice."
Holiday Inn Express CHESTER - RACECOURSE by IHG
"Really liked everything. Close to city center, clean, friendly, typical English breakfast. Tried to expend our stay, but it was fully booked. Reasonable pricing."
Moxy Chester
"Hotel is modern and clean with a good vibe. Good location , 10 mins walk into town centre and close to the train station. Good choice of restaurants and bars/pubs nearby."
Base Serviced Apartments - City Road
"Good location near the city and next to a Thai restaurant near the train station, easy to travel."

Hotel Indigo CHESTER by IHG

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa Chester
"This stay was really nice but to pay for spa was disappointing I was only there one night as my husband was in hospital close by so ended up paying 40 for spa in night and in morning and there where lots of people with club membership so wasn’t that relaxing as I was staying at hotel to relax I wouldn’t return the staff where really nice so if you don’t want a spa to relax I would recommend"

Brook Mollington Banastre Hotel & Spa
"On the whole a pleasant experience. From a cleanliness perspective it was fairly good but there were quite a few spiders webs in ceiling corners and under radiators which had likely been there for some time. Breakfast was fine however when some of our party arrived 10 minutes before the end of serving there were no glasses for juice and no bowls for fruit/cereal to use. Appreciate its close to the end of the time frame but breakfast was still open. Also if you like coffee, then I’d avoid the coffee served at breakfast."
Cbh Rowton Hall Hotel and Spa
"Disappointing breakfast and very few dinner options. No lift to access the upper floors where the rooms are located. A disappointing stay. Spa and gym were good but towels too small."
Manor Wood
"Extremely disappointed with this campsite and we will not be returning. We booked specifically for the pool, and it was closed for a full day out of the two we were there. That's not a minor inconvenience — it was the main reason we chose this site over others. To make things worse, there was a power outage during our stay that the campsite knew about in advance. They had every opportunity to warn us before we arrived and give us the option to change our dates, and they chose not to. That's a basic level of communication any campsite should manage, and they failed at it. When I tried to get answers about what happened, I had to chase them twice just to get a response. No urgency, no accountability, and no acknowledgment that they'd let paying guests turn up without any warning. We paid for a service we didn't get, weren't informed of known issues in advance, and were met with poor communication when we tried to follow up. Would not recommend and will not be booking here again."
The Boathouse Inn & Riverside Rooms
"Great location, great accommodation, friendly staff. We will 100% be booking again this year."
Macdonald New Blossoms Hotel
"Great location for a night in the city centre. Basic room, no frills but clean. Only negative was how long the wash basin and bath took to drain. There’s obviously a problem with the drainage somewhere."
The Pied Bull
"The hotel is an amazing old building but decorated quite modern. It has a micro brewery on site. The bed was comfy, the room was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need during your stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. You are right in the centre of Chester, great for shopping, eating and drinking. Will definitely stay again."
Travelodge Chester Central Bridge Street
"Excellent hotel be be back again soon breakfast was amazing hot ad very friendly staff loved the area "
The Chester Grosvenor
"The hotel exudes American luxury everywhere. The nearby town is very beautiful. We went out for a walk at 9pm. The street scene at night combined with the unique architectural style was incredible. We will come again."
Roomzzz Chester City
"The room is fully equipped"
Rowton Poplars Hotel
"The hotel is close to Chester. It has a large free parking lot and is very convenient. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. However, the hotel does not have an elevator and you need to carry your luggage upstairs. In addition, the toilet flushing in the room sometimes has weak water pressure. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast was very delicious."
The Coach House Inn
"Everything went smoothly. Excellent value for money, superb location, Chester is an unforgettable city."
