Great location, easy to walk into town. Fantastic room with kitchen, bathroom, sofa etc. could have stayed much longer.

Great place to stay very close to all the shops, bars and restaurants but nice and quiet in the evenings. Spotlessly clean. Lovely staff

The location being so close to the centre of Chester, and the view overlooking the racecourse was very good. The housekeeping was very poor though, no beds were made, towels only changed once, and no washing up done of cups etc over three days is very poor !!
