Great location for a night in the city centre.
Basic room, no frills but clean.
Only negative was how long the wash basin and bath took to drain. There’s obviously a problem with the drainage somewhere.

A warm, welcoming greeting from the receptionist. This hotel is maintained to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. It is also in a prime location. The facilities available were also very good. The only negative I have, is that a bedside lamp was broken - which is very minor, however, does need replacing. The beds were extremely comfortable, making for an excellent nights sleep. I will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is in an amazing location and the staff were excellent. But, when I booked the room it had a picture of a small double bed. When I arrived, it turned out to be a tiny single bedroom with a single bed in it. The windows didn't open at all, and the bed was way too soft. I didn't sleep at all. I did tell the receptionist at 4.30am, and again at breakfast time. They both apologised, but did nothing about it. I just feel that £102.00 is a lot to pay for no sleep.

Sure not room we paid for double deluxe 168.00 pounds 1 night bedside lamp broke only 1 dressing gown for 2 people no back on tv remote batteries kept falling out went for breakfast no white sugar for cup of tea asked for some brought 2 white sugar cubes for two people not happy
