We stopped for 5 nights at the beginning of April 24. we had the deluxe double with bath, it is a beautiful room , very well furnished. however we only awarded 2 stars as the front door of the hotel never stopped banging, waking you up at all times, this could easily be fixed with an adjustment (we did tell them to no avail). The bathroom is furnished to a very high standard only to be let down by the see through blinds, we had to hang towels over them. The breakfast room was lovely as was the breakfast, the only problem was the very rude server (old lady with grey hair and Glasses) at one time actually throwing a pot of marmalade across our table at us, however her attitude changed for the better on the last day she served us. All the the rest of the staff were very pleasant, especially the reception staff. We would not recommend this hotel purely because of the door and breakfast server.

This is our second time of staying at Chester Court in as many years and it is lovely to see how the hotel has developed these past years. Not far from Chester central, this hotel is in a great location has ample parking. With well equipped comfortable rooms with a breakfast that would satify the biggest appetite. This hotel is easy to recommend and one we will certainly return to in the future.

The reception is deceiving, when you walk in its quite oldy world, but the actual room was amazing. Queen sized bed and a bathroom en-suite that you could swing a tiger round in. The shower was amazing, the bed was so comfortable it gave us a grat night's sleep. The staff in reception were welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was great. A full.english, with staff that were smiling, friendly and welcoming. I cannot fault this hotel at all. I would recommend this for anyone staying in Chester. We will be using it again.

It was in the middle of the storm October I got into Chester at 09-12 walked around for an hour got absolutely soaked . Asked if it was possible to just drop bag off about 10 -30 as check in was not until 13-00. They went out of there way to sort my room out so I could get dry and change my close in my room approximately 2-30 hours earlier.👍❤️

Charming hotel with interesting features. Lovely room. The hotel was tastefully decorated for Christmas. Exceptionally clean. Good quality breakfast. However the room was far too warm at night and the bar and lounge were shut. Limited breakfast time from 8-9 am.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large enough for a couple. We stayed there for 5 days on a short break and to see family. The breakfast was exceptional with plenty of choice. We would stay there again when in the area.

Friendly staff, extra little touches like bottled water, snacks and hot chocolate in the room which are replenished daily. Very good selection of cold and hot buffet breakfast with the added bonus of eggs being cooked fresh rather than being kept hot.
