Great hotel, lovely quiet room with a comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for three nights last week, only tried breakfast on first morning , didn’t try the restaurant because we decided to try them around Chester Breakfast very nice indeed especially the eggs Benedict

Great location, loved the decor. Family celebration so hotel provided a free drink for us all, which was a lovely gesture. Would definitely stay again.

The room is exquisite, and the whole hotel feels unique to me, revealing exquisiteness everywhere. When I checked in for the first time, I met an elegant uncle. When I ate for the first time, I met a tip far exceeding the average line in the UK and catching up with the US. The enthusiasm, the first time I received a wooden room card, the first time a chain hotel uses all local ingredients, environmental protection also supports local farmers, and the bar is also free... The only fly in the ointment is that the hotel has no parking lot, and the others are perfect

This is the best ihg I have stayed in the world , staff and service second to none . The lady on the night shift at reception was amazing - I will be telling my colleagues, friends and family to book this hotel double quick

What an amazing hotel and just round the corner from the town center. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the breakfast had such good choices. Just across the road from the Grosvenor Park which led to the river cruises and the Roman Amphitheatre.

My wife felt pressured into paying whilst I was away parking the car when it was my treat. No tea or sugar in the room. Bits visible under the bed. Chaotic breakfast on the Saturday. Safe not working. Seating the the restaurant uncomfortably close to other diners. Worst 2 nights sleep as bed was extremely uncomfortable

Fantastic hotel, well placed for local amenities, park nearby is beautiful and a 5 minute walk to the river side. Staff were very helpful and attentive, we opted for breakfast which was well served. Not a single fault to be had and would definitely recommend.

As when I come to Chester I always stay at the Grosvenor which is excellent at all levels. But I took a change on a recommendation and tried Indigo. What a lovely hotel! Kurt the concierge and as amazing, food was amazing and the staff were amazing aswell . As a regular visitor to Chester I will be definitely going again.

Enjoyed my stay; lovely hotel, comfortable room with some charater and all the facilities I needed. Brekfast was very good. All in all, highly recommended.

Stayed here for 3 nights frid till monday. Loved it , nice rooms ,comfy beds nice and clean. Staff can't do enough for you. Nice cosy bar , great cocktails. Breakfast cooked lovely. The forge restaurant quite pricey but certainly wirth it. Would defo stay here again.

We booked a deluxe room which was lovely,good view, nice king size bed and the shower was brilliant. Only faults were the hair dryer not being very powerful, we couldnt get the aircon to work and when trying to login to the wifi it kept telling me my name and room number didnt match but luckily i had good signal so just used my data. Food and staff were great. Would stay again.
