Our second time on The Hotel Chester since it opened 3 years ago. We stay in Chester at least twice a year and decided to come back to The Hotel as we were looking for something luxurious and relaxing. We chose the Safari Room with the Jacuzzi Bath and TV in the bathroom. It was super and nice and relaxing. We had a lovely lie in as the room was very comfortable and the kitchen area made it feel nice and relaxing making a brew and to watch TV whilst we got ready to go into Chester for some breakfast. Thoroughly recommend The Hotel Chester if you want to spoil your partner while relaxing and taking your minds off things.

This place is simply amazing from the hotel itself, the reception staff and the night manager. It is just wonderful, clean, classy and immaculate. Not often I would give somewhere a full 5 stars but The Hotel is just that. By the way, don't be disapointed by it's seemingly unkempt exterior, it beautiful inside!

We have just returned from a night at this hotel. As we arrived early we were able to leave our luggage whilst we looked around chester. The staff member told us she would text us when our room was ready, which I felt was a nice touch. We received a phone call whilst we were waiting to say we had a complimentary upgrade which was lovely and very much appreciated. The staff also recommended restaurants for us to try too which was nice. When we entered our room..the flamingo room..we couldn't believe the effort the staff had made to make our stay memorable. The room was immaculately clean with stunning decor. Yes the room was warm but we opened the windows so we didn't find it a problem. The room had a separate dining area with cooker, tea and coffee facilities etc. This hotel is amazing and in a good location. I again want to say a big thank you to the check in staff and cleaners for making our stay memorable. We will definitely return in the future.

My wife and I had booked and paid for 2 nights but even in April the room was absolutely roasting - far too hot meaning we got a terrible sleep. We therefore didn't even stay for the second night and just went home. The decor of the room was nice enough and the staff were friendly and polite

We stayed in "The Zoo". If the other rooms are anything like this one then there isnt a bad room in the hotel. All staff that we spoke to on the front desk were friendly and helpful. Really easy text system if you need anything further from them. Lights, heating and music on when we got there. Beautifully decorated.

Absolutely perfect! It’s seemingly tough to get good service anywhere these days. The hotel is in a perfect location to access local restaurants, shops & bars. The booking process was clear and communicative, everything is crystal clear on the website. We received the warmest welcome from all the staff, it’s soooo clean and comfortable and they wrote me a birthday card! Legends! We already can’t wait to return, hopefully with our dog. Thank you so, so much! You’re all wonderful and made our stay perfect.

Last week we returned from our one-night stay at The Hotel Chester, where we enjoyed the top level of hospitality. Chloe greeted us with a warm welcome, Mia brought a powerful air conditioner into our Elegance apartment. The Maid delightfully decorated our room with rose petals, including on the bed and around the bath, and prepared a nice bottle of Prosecco on ice and tasty Lindt chocolates. Moreover, the Team made a nice surprise for my wife - a Birthday Card with lovely wishes! Thank you very much for making our stay enjoyable and remarkable!
