Ideally situated in Hoole just a 15 minute walk to Chester cathedral. Local shops, pubs and restaurants. Breakfast was quality. Staff very friendly. Free parking. Very clean room. I found the road very noisy being at the front but I’m used to living somewhere very quiet! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay, quiet, amazingly clean, warm and comfortable. Stopped in a family room, equipped with large Smart TV with services such as Netflix, Prime, etc.. Large private bathroom, spotlessly clean. Lots of complimentary toiletries and biscuits, coffee, tea. Everything you need for a short stay. Our rooms furniture looked all new and rock solid. Beds super comfy. Breakfast was hot buffet style food with all the expected fruit and pastry offerings, cooked breakfast was lovely, filter coffee really decent compared to other places. Will defo stay again as there is so much to see in Chester. Amazing place.

We have just come back from a weekend at this guest house. I was with my sister and mum … 3 rooms. My sister and I had rooms in the guesthouse which were really lovely and had everything we needed. V comfy beds However, my mum had a garden room which are in the grounds and very new. She was told that the tv wasn’t working but would be fixed the next morning. However, the next day the engineers couldn’t fix it so she had no tv all weekend. She also had no hot water so had to boil the kettle for a wash. It was probably teething problems as the room itself was lovely We would return

Amazing customer service with exceptional cleanliness of the rooms! The rooms are with the best facilities I have come across in a long time! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in the Chester area! I am now staying regularly with work commitments

Extremely clean and comfortable B&B located an easy fifteen minute walk from Chester city centre. Room although on the small was very well equipped, bed extremely comfortable and bathroom/shower first class. If revisiting Chester, wouldn't hesitate to stay again

My family and I stayed for 3 days in the quadruple room. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and of a very high standard. The bathroom was huge with a generous shower and spa bath, the fluffiest towels and great lighting. The beds were very comfortable providing a good nights sleep. The room had a fridge which was a useful addition and had ample drawers and hanging space for our family. I needn’t have packed a hairdryer as the one there was great. The room benefits from a large smart tv. The guest house is gorgeously decorated with lots of unique touches. The breakfast was self serve with plenty of choice. The staff were attentive and polite. The location is perfect as pubs, eateries and shops are a few minutes walk away. A taxi into Chester city costs around £6. We visited Chester Zoo which is a 5 minute drive away and Cheshire Oaks is also within easy reach.
