我通過攜程在線付款預訂了該酒店。入住當晚前台不懂如何操作攜程扣款，導致我必須自己墊付房費才能入住。同時前台答應第二天一早酒店扣款成功後，以現金形式退還我自付的房費。第二天的工作人員説無法退還現金，衹能原路返還到我的卡里，而且不能當時退，衹能第三天再退。第三天酒店又告知銀行卡退款要等15天。總之收錢時很積極，退款時很費勁。體驗很差。房間還算乾淨，早餐也還可以。硬件符合ibis質量，軟件符合拉美人辦事風格。好在攜程一直很配合處理，這也是我為什麼一直選用攜程的原因，即便是國外的酒店。

Place was nice and easy to navigate. Good staff. Only downfall was the fact that the bed had bed bugs. Clean rooms for the exception of the bed bugs

Cuando te quedas en un ibis la ventaja es que todos son iguales , pero en este al personal definitivamente le falta mucha capacitación , la amabilidad brilla por su ausencia ,, todo el resto es igual a los demás
