Facilities: The facilities of a newly opened hotel must be at the first level. Breakfast was great Hygiene: Hygiene is absolutely ok Environment: On the street, there are a lot of motorcycles and cars going back and forth on the road. I didn't expect it to be very quiet, but as long as the doors and windows are closed, I can have a good sleep. Service: I would like to focus on the service. From the waiters at the door to the cleaning waiters, they are all praised and everyone is smiling. There was a welcome card, free drinks on the first night and even a metal bookmark for me on the second night. The most important thing is that when I turned on the TV, the first channel turned out to be a Chinese TV channel, and I checked all the TV channels, and there was only this one in Chinese, so I thought there should be someone who has done this specifically. Everything, service is all in the details. ps: There is a barbecue stall downstairs, I highly recommend it, it tastes great!

We enjoyed our three night stay at the hotel over the New Years holiday. The staff at check-in was friendly as expected in Thailand. The hotel lobby furniture was slightly oversized for its space as we had to walk around it to get to the elevator. Our room was comfortable and large enough for our two moderately sized suite cases. We booked a room with breakfast, which was one of the best we have had at a hotel. We each got to order a couple dishes off the menu, which were excellently presented and tasted excellent. Additionally, there was a buffet with pastries, fruits, etc. Unfortunately, due to our early schedule two of the days we could not get the hot breakfast. On our last morning they provided a packed breakfast, which was a sandwich and other less memorable food. The hot breakfast was the most memorable thing for us about the hotel. I did also like the room design. In terms of hotel location, it is fairly central with shopping malls and restaurants a 5 – 10 minute walk away. We found traffic to be really slow around New Years with lots of Thais. This was my second time to Chiang Mai with my first trip in July over a decade ago. During both trips we had a friend who lives in Chiang Mai drive us around. I would say traffic during our first trip was not memorable, unlike at New Years. This made getting to the hotel from the main street slow and it may be better to pickup taxi/grab/ride on a main street. It may also be worth checking out when busy times are in Chiang Mai to have a more enjoyable trip.

Love this hotel. Great location to shopping malls and eateries. The hotel staff went all out to make our 1st Chiangmai trip a memorable and worry-free. Good recommendation for day tour to Doi Inthanon National Park. The tour guide, Danny, was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. If you plan to stay with the hotel, you must go for their tour!

I arrived to the hotel and on the outside it looked really nice, and the staff was very nice. The girl who checked me in thow wasn't that great to understand english, so I was lucky to speak some thai. The didn't help you with your bags up to the room, but I didn't mind because I travel with good working bags that has wheels. When I came in the room the first thing that hit me was a bad smell from the toilet. (I was given a room on the top floor 608 to be precise. The size of the room was ok, but the furniture I could see how dirty and worn down rhey where. It looked like something the bought on a fleemarket. Further on I tried the bed it was the worst matress I have ever slept on, not only that the hotel is next to a road and at night it was so noicy from traffic so I didn't get much sleep. Sometimes I woke up and thought I had a motorbike in my room. I had booked a stay for 5 nights, but after 1 night I decided to move. So after one more painful night I checked out from this hotel and will NEVER return again.

We spent a few days in August in this hotel and the truth is that it was excellent value for money. The friendly and decisive staff. Location in the square of Chiang Mai, totally central. On the other hand, the room was cozy, and the pool, although logical because we are in Thailand in the north, there were a lot of mosquitoes, it was clean and the same as the room, cozy and clean. There is a kitten that is part of the hotel super funny We recommend it to spend a few days in Chiang Mai it meets the essential requirements of quality price location We would return for sure

Stopped here a few times, mainly because my Thai in-laws love the place, only because it is so close to the airport. Every visit something was wrong!! Not exactly the cheapest accommodation either.The toilet would not flush in one room, the taps at the bathroom sink turned with the handles in another room. We could not sleep because of the road noise (we were on the 5th floor!) in another room. The wi-fi was non-existent in one room.There was no hot water in another room. Every room the shower trays filled up with soapy water and was very slippery; dangerous in fact. The breakfast was OK for me, nothing flash. Toast, jam, juice, tea, coffee, milo, all the basics. Not real sure why people were climbing through the window to get here though. One lady I saw scraped all the brown off her toast, so that is was just white!!?? (Something to do with Thais believing that toast causes cancer I was told). Loved the sign beside the toaster that actually worked (the other one was broken on every visit and was just sitting there collecting dust). No cancer from that one! Words to this effect: ”Please do not put butter and jam on bread before placing in toaster.” At least the beer from reception 'fridge was cheaper than most shops. Nice and cold too. Gotta love it!

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet street. The rooms (mine was called 'studio') are not very large, but beautifully decorated. The down sides are: (i) no table to sit at and type/write: not the best option for a business stay (ii) wifi not reliable: kept going off and back on; again, not convenient if one needs to write e-mail, send documents etc (iii) at night, 2 nights out of 4 there was some noise of neighbours talking loudly and banging doors (well, not a huge bang, but enough to wake one up): the sound insulation is not very good.

I was initially staying for one week but I extend for one more week as I loved Chiang Mai but also this hostel. Everything is super clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and the hostel is extremely well located ! The cherry on the top was the staff : most sweet, polite, helpful, smiling and nice people I’ve never met. It was 2 amazing weeks ! Thank you again for everything, specially for your kindness ☺️

The location is near Ningman Road, the decoration is very stylish, the roof bar is also very good, but the whole design is too impractical, the small room is very small, the suitcase can't be opened, the first night stay was almost a nervous breakdown! After tossing for a long time, I found that our bedside is next to the four main units of the air conditioner on the floor? ! ! ! This kind of room needs to be sold! Speechless! The next day, I added more than two hundred yuan to exchange for a large room. I thought it would be good, but it seemed that there was a waiter downstairs or something laughing and chatting, until one point! Fortunately, I only booked two nights, and I really need to see a doctor one night! ! ! The service is very good, LP's facial cleanser forgot to remember it the next day in the room and called to help us find it. But this hotel is really not suitable for staying, it is recommended to take pictures, just sit in the rooftop bar! ! !

The apartment is the same as the photo, the house is large, the rooms are large Fully equipped, washing machine dryer, laundry About ten minutes walk to maya shopping center About 10 minutes drive from the airport The landlord is very good and needs to be greatly appreciated! After checking out, the landlord immediately contacted me and arranged for grab to send  to the airport for me. The only downside is that there will be ant cockroaches in the bathroom. I will come to Lapin again next time I go to Chiang Mai no.8❤️
