I book the king size room with bathtubs. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Room is nice and quiet too. Not like other places that are very crowded at night which makes me sleep well. Besides, the price are affordable and it’s always fully booked. I wanna extend for 2 more nights but they told me fully booked🥹. Overall is super good and nice.

The experience was good. The hotel has perfect location and is strategically located near old town landmarks and restaurants. We have peaceful night sleep every night as it was quiet. Staff was helpful and love the private rooftop area with private bath tub

The best hotel for me in Chiangmai. Located in the middle of the old town but quiet as its not at the main road. Walking distance to some local restaurants and Sunday night market. There are no complaints and everything is perfect for me. Remember to meet the friendly cat called Panda.

The hotel is in the historical center, but at the same time - in a quiet place. We had a huge bed with a comfortable mattress in our room, we slept well. The room is also quite large. There is a small pool, but enough to refresh yourself. Also downstairs there is an area with tea, coffee, a microwave and a refrigerator, which is convenient if you leave early for an excursion - you can have breakfast with sandwiches from 7/11, which is also within walking distance. The staff was very kind, they offered us towels for the pool when they found out that we were leaving for the elephant nursery. There is a moment that disappointed us, although it is not directly related to the hotel, so I did not lower the rating because of it. At the reception, they convinced us that it is necessary to go to Doi Ithanon as part of an excursion, and offered their own option. We were incredibly disappointed with the proposed excursion. The trekking took up a very small part of the day, and we were constantly being transported from place to place, even if it was only 500 m. The group was huge, and it felt like a whole day in a minibus. By the end of the day, we were very tired, but did not feel like we had spent a day in nature. The guide did not show us anything interesting during the trekking, he just led us along an equipped trail. It was definitely not worth the day! As far as I understood, you could have taken care of transport, and Doi Ithanon itself has well-equipped trekking trails, so you do not need a person to lead you and a crowd of tourists. I would advise choosing excursions online based on reviews or Klook, not relying on advice from the hotel. Hopefully, the hotel can improve this point and offer decent leisure options.

The two-bedroom apartment I booked is actually a two-family apartment with a stairwell. I swiped my card to the 4th floor. The room with one large bed on the left is slightly larger, while the room with two twin beds on the right is too small. The door is blocked by a bed and cannot be fully opened. The bed is close to the window. The small hallway after the elevator is a small hallway, but there is no air conditioning in this area, and it is very hot. I feel fooled by the pictures of the store. The two-bedroom suite is not like that at all. There is a wash basin in the hallway with hot and warm water. The small electric water heater in the toilet does not heat hot water. The faucet is fully turned on with cold water, and the water temperature is also a bit warm. There is no cold water for showering. After taking a shower, I can sweat again. The two single bed rooms are very small, and there is no place to put the boxes, so they can only be placed in the hallway without air conditioning. The video is from left to right when standing at the elevator exit. Turning left is the stairs, because you swipe the elevator card to go up and down. There is an electronic door locked in the stairwell from the third floor to the fourth floor, but it is not soundproof at all.
