Great location, simple and clean room. Staff were great too. Only downside was the soap dispenser did not work properly and the washing line in the bathroom was broken. However, for it's price, it was great and I would stay again.

The shower had low water pressure and no hot water. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Personally, the location and value for money are good, but the rooms are a bit small. It was difficult to shower because the shower head was fixed.

Located at the intersection of Mabini ST and Pedro Hill ST. 3 min walk from Robinson, casino across the street, many KTVs and various restaurants in the area, perfect location for nightlife. However, there are many beggars, counterfeit brand sellers, and touts at night, so it will be difficult if you don't know how to ignore them. The facility is old but well cleaned and I didn't see any annoying bugs. The air conditioner is inverter type and quiet, but the only complaints are that the shower temperature is low and the shower head is fixed to the wall, making it difficult to use. The price is reasonable and I think it's good value for money.

There is a kettle, coffee mugs, and spoons, but no drinks. The interior has been nicely renovated, but I wish the hotel would think more from the guests' perspective, rather than just being self-satisfied. I've been staying here for a long time, so I'm going to be critical.

First of all, the location is good and it is very easy to find. There are a lot of things to do nearby and the facilities are not terribly new, but they are not that bad.

It's right in front of the casino and convenient for going to KTV.

I've stayed at many hotels in the Philippines, and the front desk told me over the phone that visitors must leave by 10 o'clock, otherwise they would be required to stay overnight. But I didn't pay🤪🤣🤣🤣🤣

It's an old hotel, but the location was good and the price was cheap. The hotel's soundproofing is good, but it's a bit humid so the air isn't comfortable.

The regular room is smaller than the hotel next door.

Hotels vary a lot depending on the room. The 6th floor has a balcony, so it's good for smoking, and it's quite good because it's been remodeled. It was very nice to be able to see the situation outside.
