1st time staying over at the hotel and at Binjiang district - a quiet and lovely district to stay at for business trip - hotel is brand new with great interior designs

This was by far the nicest looking hotel and hotel room in our trip to China. Our hotel room was really nice with all the highest range amenities. I personally loved pop culture decorations around the room. But, I have two areas of concerns that specifically revolves around the service of the reception hall: 1) The reception hall is an open lobby area where the staff will service you by a station rather than behind a desk, which is modern and pleasant. However, this allowed some ignorant guests to just waltz right next to the receptionists, essentially pushing into the front of the queue. I witnessed this several times and the receptionists just served these ignorant guests and did nothing to manage the situation. Not sure if this is due to being acceptable in Chinese culture to interrupt people or push infront of queues but the staff need to do a better job of managing this. Currently they just look like they are too busy to notice or care. 2) Due to how busy they appear to be, I felt like our service was rushed, both during check-in and check-out. Our receptionists lacked the welcoming smile that would be fitting to such an awesome hotel and failed to take a small moment to correctly identify the specifications of our booking - including the availability of breakfast and afternoon tea. It wasn't that bad or rude... just didn't feel like some of the awesome welcoming experience we had in lesser hotels. Anyway, aside from this, we did enjoy our stay at Pagoda, Hangzhou for everything else.

I took my mother to Hangzhou during the Dragon Boat Festival. As a hotel consultant, I usually choose a hotel brand of an international group. Pagoda has been very popular recently, so I wanted to experience it. The entrance of the hotel is very design-oriented, suitable for taking photos and checking in, and it also conforms to the aesthetics of young people, but I didn't expect that there are many parent-child customers with children. The location of this Pagoda in Binjiang is very good. It is very close to the subway station and the core business district. The room also has a view of the Qiantang River, and it is also very convenient to take a taxi from the West Lake Scenic Area. Service: The service attitude of the front desk lady is super good. She is beautiful and gentle. During the stay, there were many guests during the Dragon Boat Festival, and the little robot was too busy. We ordered takeaways and the staff delivered them quickly. Environment: The standard room has a large area, a sense of design, and it is very new and smart. The design of the desk, dressing table and washbasin facing each other is rarely seen in other hotels, and the dry and wet separation is also very special. The bed is very large and comfortable. Lying on the bed and watching TV is also a great enjoyment of staycation. The only drawback is that the water will overflow slightly when taking a shower, and the production and construction of cabinets such as bedside tables are not very sophisticated, but overall the cost performance is super high and exceeded expectations! Catering: The hotel's Chinese and hotpot restaurants seem to be outsourced. The all-day dining restaurant is across the lobby. There are plenty of staff during the breakfast peak hour, and there are many breakfast food options.

It was newly opened in 2023, so the facilities are relatively new, and the design style is very fashionable. There is a broken glass on the door, and it is estimated that it has not been repaired in time, but there is a sign to warn. Check-in is convenient, the front desk upgraded the room type, and you can see a little Qiantang River in the distance, but there is a construction site. The facilities in the room are very good! The hygiene is also good! It’s just that the mini bar was not replenished for two nights, only water was given. 24-hour customer service is responsive, which is great! There are quite a lot of breakfast varieties, the restaurant is a bit small, and there is free coffee every day~ But the overall feeling is very cost-effective~ I will consider staying next time!

I chose this hotel when I came to Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center to watch a concert. I don't know if there were few rooms available on weekends, so I only arranged rooms on the lower floors. But it's not bad because it's close to the gym and restaurant. The room is large and has a sense of space, and it has the style of Pagoda

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway and bus, and has ample parking spaces. The hotel lobby is on the 4th floor of the building, very compact and integrated with a small breakfast room. I stayed in room 7002 on the 7th floor. The hotel has guest rooms above the 6th floor. When I checked in, I was told that it was a "deluxe king-size bed room". I will evaluate it based on the "deluxe king-size bed room" of a "five-star hotel": the room facilities are average, very average! There are two windows, one side is a construction site outside, and the other side is close to the neighbor's window (see picture)! When you are not careful in the shower, it will leak! The overall feeling of the hotel is four-star, which is more suitable as a business hotel.

The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. A group of 9 people asked for 4 rooms with dolls. The check-in experience was very nice. The front desk lady was very responsive and patient. The breakfast was perfect and coffee was delivered. Oh, and there were drinks in the mini bar in the room. It was perfect.

We usually have high requirements for accommodation, and the baby is also very sensitive to the smell of the environment, but Xiaobao also likes this hotel. It is the first choice for bringing babies. It is clean and hygienic, the environment is comfortable, the view is wide, and you can enjoy the river view. You can take a bath when you are tired at night, and the baby can rest well at night. It is very quiet at night without noisy sounds. Another important point is that the breakfast is also rich and hygienic, and the baby can also choose from a variety of foods, such as boiled eggs, small buns, steamed buns, corn, etc. (The noodles are delicious) In addition, the staff are also very friendly, and each child was given a small pendant when leaving the store😊

Facilities: Complete facilities, all voice control. After calling Xiaojun Xiaojun for a few days, I called Xiaodu by mistake when I went home. Hygiene: Good, cleaned every day. Environment: 180º panoramic room, 17th floor, high up, wide view, but there is no view outside. Service: I bought a package ticket, 799 double beds for 2 nights, high cost performance, although there are not too many breakfast varieties, but the taste is good, mixed noodles with salty soy milk, an unexpected combination; there are supper, simple white porridge with some buns, steamed buns and eggs; there is also coffee to take away, I ordered iced American and iced latte, the iced latte tastes very rich, and the mini bar in the room is free to use. Service: In the underground parking lot, the hotel logo is a bit small, the hotel manager went to the underground garage to help us point out the location; I ordered takeout, told the lobby if I needed anything, and a robot delivered it to the room. The hotel is really good!
