This was a really great stay. The hotel itself was super clean and nice, but really the owners made the trip worthwhile. They were incredibly generous and helpful, both with helping us figure out how to go hiking, how to find food, where to go. The breakfasts were delicious and healthy and fresh, and they were very friendly and polite and helpful. I was very happy to find this place.

After staying for two nights, I could sleep until I woke up naturally. The mattress is very comfortable and you can sleep peacefully when you lie down

This hotel is located at an important intersection, with foot massage and karaoke attached, but the architectural design of the hotel's U-shaped lobby area shields the overall external noise and noise content. The built-in floor also has a unique balcony design, which makes the stay much quieter. By the way, there is also a large and rich fruit shop across the street, so we can still eat delicious fruits after a day of hard work!

I came to Hangzhou for a trip alone. When I first entered the courtyard, I felt like I had been there before, as if I had been there in a dream. When I arrived at the store, I saw a very gentle and elegant lady boss. She knew that I had menstrual cramps, so she made me black tea in the middle of the night to relieve the cramps. She also accompanied me to drink tea and chat. I was really touched. The living environment was very clean, refined and artistic. There were two cute little dogs in the courtyard. Many interesting stories happened during the four days of my stay. It was really healing. I was too tired from work, so I wanted to go on a spontaneous trip. This place really makes people relax their hearts. The breakfast is also delicious. Every day when I go downstairs, the aunt will enthusiastically serve me breakfast. I feel like a family member in another city. I thought it would be lonely to travel alone, but Green Sleeves gave me a feeling of home. A five-star praise! ! Green Sleeves is worth it. Hidden in the depths of West Lake, Four Seasons Hotel West Lake is more precisely a City Resort. It is a wonderland of classical gardens, winding paths, rippling water, and looming courtyards. You can experience different seasons all year round... Choosing to stay here is a luxurious, peaceful, and pleasant enjoyment. The early communication with the front office manager, ********* girl Zixuan, was pleasant and warm. From the first day when we drove to the hotel gate, every staff member remembered my name. Entering the hotel lobby, we were greeted by our duty manager GarySun, who had prepared a bouquet of white roses and my favorite lotus bouquet and arranged everything. Guest relations Miss Lulu took us to the room. The luggage had been placed on the luggage rack... The room was in the style of the old money, and it was well maintained. The inner and outer terraces were bright and full of green. In the evening, the lotus pond was moonlit. It was quiet and beautiful. The disinfection was in place and there was not a single mosquito. I admire it! Mr. Bob and Miss Penny, the manager of the Black Pearl Sands Hall, wrote handwritten greeting cards, and I liked the small gifts very much. The table layout and hand-painted cartoon patterns are very pleasing. The food at Black Pearl has also been praised by my gourmet husband. Semi-buffet breakfast, like avocado Benedict eggs. Freshly steamed dumplings and osmanthus cakes in the Sands Hall. Freshly fried spring rolls. Pianerchuan, delicious! Caviar snacks are sweet and delicious, and the aftertaste is endless... Room delivery is not only full of ceremony but also first-class taste. Miss Judith's professional delivery service is also perfect. Thank you for giving us such a complete dining experience. Although there are some minor episodes in the few days of stay experience. However, the flaws do not outweigh the merits. Hangzhou West Lake Four Seasons is worthy of being ranked in the 2024 Global Luxury Hotel 100. It is worth staying and experiencing!!

Like other comments ~ The woman at the front desk is indeed the cashier~ Other hotels in Hangzhou take the initiative to give away mineral water on hot days. If you ask for a bottle here, they charge 3 yuan~ It's great~ No wonder there are so few people There was a boy who provided good service and gave the children breakfast~ The best thing is that it is super close to the subway~

The B&B is in the middle of the village. There are scattered houses on the left and green tea mountains on the right. You can see the whole picture of the village from the room. It feels like returning home. The main thing is that the room does not smell moldy or damp, which I am very satisfied with. It is very close to Jiuxi Shibajian Jiuxi Yanshu. You can play in the water on the roadside, but it is too cold in winter. It should be fun in summer. The trees on both sides of the road are very tall. The experience is full and I will go there again when I have time.

This hotel is directly next to XiaoShan airport but to go out from airport area and arrive to hotel you need only 15 minutes by car. Rooms are very big and super clean. Staff is very friendly and they paid taxi fare from airport to hotel because i arrived after at 3am, and their shuttle bus from airport stop working between 2:00am and 4:00 am Recommended if you have an early flight from Hangzhou XiaoShan AirPort.

Our experience with this hotel was amazing! The room was modern, spatious and always clean. We were provided new toiletry items every single day. The staff was competent, kind and always available. Furthermore, they provide additional services free of charge, such as laundry. The location is also good, since it's very close to a subway station, so you'll get to your favorite spots in Hangzhou in no time. Honestly, everything about this hotel was perfect, I highly recommend it!
