房間是落地窗，但不能開窗，不能通風。雖然有風扇，但剛開始給的房間一進去，就感覺有煙味兒，給前台打電話，馬上有工作人員前來，帶着去看了別的房間，覺得沒問題後，機器人送來了新房卡。酒店的應對非常迅速。房間裏的一個亮點是抽屜裏有小剪刀！很方便！當然酒店的位置實在是太棒了！兩條地鐵線、去哪兒都方便。離西湖步行10分鐘即可，早晚都能享受到稍微安靜一點兒的西湖。酒店的自助早餐性價比也非常高，中、西式料理品種多、味道好。水果也有好幾種，並可當場榨汁。所有的工作人員都有問必答，有求必應，感覺真選對了酒店！另外也感謝攜程通過預約，酒店有開心水果包送。

房間不錯的，衹是開關燈十分繁瑣，睡前關個燈都要研究半天。
然後，千萬別去樓下的飯店吃飯！又難吃又貴服務態度又差，真的是很敗好感。
