HHuahuaaihaozheThe hotel rooms are very new, and there's a subway station right outside, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The breakfast was also good, and the front desk staff were really welcoming. They even gave us complimentary water when we checked out. The washing machines and dryers worked great, and there's free coffee and popcorn in the lobby too!

GGuest UserThe room is clean and comfortable, the environment is quiet and elegant, the housekeeper service is timely and in place, and the breakfast variety is complete and tastes good.
Special projects, guqin caressing, black tea tasting, and water-written scriptures are all worth experiencing.
There are also check-out souvenirs. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Hangzhou, I will choose Shusheng again👍

GGuest UserThe service was incredibly warm and welcoming. Every time I left or returned, I was offered a refreshing bottle of mineral water. I had some small cakes that needed to be kept frozen, and the front desk staff kindly stored them in their fridge for me. When I went to pick them up, both the restaurant auntie and the front desk gentleman helped me out. Although the room wasn't huge, the amenities were really practical and well-arranged. I particularly liked the small trash can on the vanity – very convenient for ladies doing their makeup. It was also great that the restaurant, gym, and laundry room were all on the same floor. Plus, the hotel is right by a subway station, making getting around super easy.

__WeChat41221****My expectations were fully met, and the hotel lived up to the hype. The only minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3:30 PM (though earlier check-in is possible if rooms are available), but this hotel is just incredibly popular.
The hotel boasts numerous rooms with an exceptionally high occupancy rate and a variety of room types. Stepping inside, there's a magical sense of calm. For the same price, you might only get a standard room in Shanghai, but here we enjoyed a lake view suite.
The service was also top-notch; my family felt right at home, praising the hospitality. It was money well spent.
Even during the holiday, the swimming pool and hot spring weren't overcrowded, which speaks to excellent management, as reservations are required. Since it's winter, swimming was a bit chilly. However, there's also a sizable, slightly warmer children's pool area, which is absolutely fantastic.

GGuest UserNestled within the Xixi Wetland, the Banyan Tree Hangzhou offers an absolutely flawless stay! The surroundings are like a traditional Chinese ink painting of a Jiangnan water town. Opening the window reveals stunning wetland views – serene and inviting, truly a secluded haven not far from the city. The resort's private sculling boat allows you to enjoy an exquisite Western afternoon tea on the water, away from the crowds. Gliding along the winding waterways, with the gentle sway of the oars, you feel transported to a paradise, forgetting all worries and hustle. The service team is incredibly attentive, making you feel truly valued. Every design detail in the hotel is thoughtfully executed. We booked a suite, which was incredibly spacious, especially the walk-in closet and bathroom. The cleanliness was impeccable, with meticulous daily housekeeping. A special thank you to our wonderful manager, Jessica, who arranged everything from check-in onwards! She was so considerate and dedicated. Highly recommended! 🙏

GGuest UserThe hotel I chose when traveling with friends to Hangzhou is surrounded by a well-developed subway and bus network, and it is easy to reach popular attractions such as the West Lake and Hefang Street. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, it can save a lot of commuting time. The hotel has its own parking lot, and parking is also very convenient. From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The receptionist at the front desk is friendly with a smile, and the check-in process is efficient and smooth; the room service is meticulous, whether it is midnight snack delivery or luggage storage, it can respond to needs quickly, and truly make ”guests feel at home”. The overall hygiene of the room is excellent, the bedding is as white as new, and it is changed for each guest, which makes people feel at ease; the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, without water stains and odors, and the quality is reflected in the details. The service attitude of the front desk guy Xiao Cai is very friendly. When checking in, he took the initiative to ask about the room arrangement requirements, and introduced the surrounding travel and midnight snacks. I forgot to bring the charger when I went out, and he took the initiative to lend me his charger. If there is a need, he will help solve the problem as soon as possible, and I will recommend friends and family to stay

GGuest UserAfter a long search, I finally settled on this hotel, and it turns out I made the perfect choice – it's absolutely fantastic! Even better than the photos suggested!
The location gets 5 stars, no doubt about it, as it's exclusively situated on its own island (Fulu Island). The room was even more perfect, earning 5 stars and then some! It boasted a huge private terrace, perfect for enjoying tea, chatting, and soaking in the stunning lake views – truly amazing! Our room type was on the top floor, incredibly quiet at night, providing a truly immersive experience with unbeatable views. With a view like that, who needs anything else? The items in the room were all thoughtfully chosen, and I was pleasantly surprised to find two bedrooms and two bathrooms – no fighting over the toilet in the morning, just perfect! All in all, every aspect of this stay exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be bringing my family back next time.
Oh, and a special shoutout to Jessie at the front desk – her service was excellent, very attentive, and highly professional. Thumbs up!

WWulongaihechaMy family and I visited Xixi Wetland during the National Day holiday and stayed in Room 19 of the 'Hushu Guest House.' The 60-square-meter room was spacious and airy, perfect for three people. The decor was a charming Chinese retro style, and the garden landscape was beautiful and serene. Overall, the stay was fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
🏠 **Indoor Environment:** The room featured an entryway for shoes, a bathroom, a sitting area, a bedroom, and a private outdoor terrace. I loved being able to see the lake directly from the bed – very relaxing. A nighttime soak in the tub was wonderful, with a lovely view outside the window.
💁 **Service:** The butler and all staff members were incredibly polite and enthusiastic. There was a dedicated shuttle service from the North Gate of the wetland. After check-in, the butler thoughtfully explained the hotel's garden design and surroundings, then guided us to our room and detailed its layout. We received complimentary welcome fruit and evening service, and the entire room smelled fragrant and fresh. We also participated in a craft class with an instructor, which was a great experience.
🍃 **Outdoor Environment:** The winding paths were secluded and picturesque. All guest room areas could be accessed via a single loop, so there was no getting lost, and along the way, we experienced various scenic views. The air was fresh, there was abundant greenery, and it was very quiet – even the elderly enjoyed it.
📪 **Minor Drawbacks:** Unfortunately, the complimentary photoshoot service we were offered fell through as the collaborating photographer bailed, so we didn't get to experience that. Also, we forgot to claim the complimentary drinks at the bar.

11366667****I booked an executive lake view king room with two nights and two breakfasts. I explored West Lake the afternoon before, and on the second day, I just stayed in the hotel all day because of the sudden drop in temperature and continuous drizzle. Both breakfast and dinner were quite quiet, maybe because there weren't many people. The food, especially the meat, wasn't very fresh; it felt like old dishes were being re-served, tough and dry. If you enjoy buffets, you should definitely choose a hotel with higher popularity. As for the environment, we stayed on the 9th floor, and indeed, West Lake was right outside our door. However, there was a persistent 'old people smell' in the bathroom, and I'm not sure why.
