A family of three stayed for a holiday, and the experience was perfect! ✨ The environment was elegant, the room was tidy, and Benson's service was thoughtful and attentive. The stay was very comfortable and suitable for family travel. The dining quality was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations!

We had a wonderful stay at Rose Garden Resort. The room was spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful complimentary snacks and drinks prepared for us. It was also a lovely surprise to find a fresh rose in the room — such a beautiful detail. The breakfast was very enjoyable, especially the delicious cappuccino. The swimming pool was absolutely amazing, and the gym with its beautiful view of the pool made the whole experience even more relaxing. The resort truly makes you feel like you are on holiday in Thailand, even though you are in Hangzhou. The atmosphere, design, and facilities are outstanding. A special thank you to Xiaofan for her warm hospitality and attentive service. She made our stay even more pleasant and memorable. Rose Garden is truly one of the best resorts in Hangzhou. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back again!

Simplified review: Just book this hotel, no need to think twice! Location: About a 6-8 minute walk from the subway station, roughly 300 meters. Facilities: The air conditioning is very cold, and the water heater works wonderfully. The hairdryer is a Dyson, and there's a makeup mirror and a fridge – everything you could need. The facial recognition for the elevator can be a bit inconvenient; it would be better if they provided key cards. Other than that, no issues. They even provide essence, lotion, makeup remover pads, and disposable face towels... I was truly amazed! It's the first time I've encountered such an excellent and thoughtful hotel, truly meticulous. The washer and dryer work great. The gym equipment is decent, pretty good actually, and they even have a power rack. Smart devices and projection TV are all available and work very well. I have to praise the smart devices; they're not too bright, unlike some other smart hotels where the devices stay lit all night. There are 4 elevators, so no waiting. They also have robots for delivery. That's all I can remember for now, but overall, it's fantastic. Soundproofing: Excellent, very quiet. There's a blanket outside the door. Bedding: Very comfortable. Service: I was assisted by Jian Lan (Sword Orchid), who was very considerate. Even though I didn't pre-book the free station pickup service, they still managed to arrange it for me on the day. The check-in process was like that of a super five-star hotel, very innovative and impressive. Breakfast and late-night snacks are both excellent. They also include afternoon tea and complimentary cocktails. Staying near Hangzhou East Station is also very convenient, and taxis to anywhere are not expensive. Highly recommended! I won't look at any other hotels when I visit Hangzhou again. Thank you!

Just checked out from this onsen hotel, and my whole family is very satisfied, so I'm writing a good review. The environment is excellent. The courtyard, wooden corridors, and lanterns all have that distinct Kyoto feel, making for great photos. The hot spring is indoors, with clean water, and it feels wonderful after a soak. The family-friendly facilities are comprehensive, with a kids' play area, a picture book corner, and craft activities. The room also provides children's slippers and toiletries, making it very convenient for families with kids. As for dining, the Japanese cuisine is exquisitely prepared, and the children's meals are thoughtfully designed with cute shapes, which my kids absolutely loved.

I just found out about Xianghu Lake in Xiaoshan, and after searching for hotels nearby, I felt that Xiaoyaozhuang was the best. And indeed, the facilities are excellent. The hotel lobby has a very Japanese garden-style design. If you want to explore, the villa area is great to wander around – it's huge, the environment is lovely and peaceful, and the air is fresh. It's also very convenient for visiting Xianghu Lake. The service was excellent; they upgraded my room since it was almost ready and even included breakfast, which was quite rich. It's perfect for families with seniors and children, and also great for a solo relaxing getaway. The only slight regret is that pets aren't allowed, but overall, it's fantastic.

I'm so glad I chose the Intercontinental Qiandao Lake, Shilin for this stay. Our two-day hotel trip perfectly met the vacation needs of my entire family, from the youngest to the oldest. The hotel's location and environment are superb. Although it's a bit far from the high-speed rail station, its exclusive spot on the Xianshan Peninsula allowed us to avoid the holiday crowds and enjoy a quiet vacation. We ate all our meals at the hotel for two consecutive days. The Chinese restaurant's flavors were unexpectedly delicious, and the breakfast quality at the all-day Western restaurant was also very high. Ordering noodles and coffee by scanning a QR code was a very thoughtful touch. During our meals, staff members even came to ask about our dining experience and handed out small gifts, making for a great interactive experience. The hotel offers a rich schedule of activities throughout the day, including hiking, sound therapy, and lake tours, so there's never a dull moment. Our butler, Jolie, provided attentive and thoughtful service. She patiently answered all our questions and requests, making it the best service I've ever received at a hotel. Outdoors, there's a sand digging area, making it very convenient if you're traveling with children. For the indoor swimming pool, remember to bring your swimsuits, caps, and floats in advance. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor has moderate prices; I recommend the braised pork with tea fragrance. For breakfast on the second day, come early to snag a window seat with lake views. They proactively offer introductions to the dishes, including noodles, wontons, and Jianbing Guozi (Chinese savory crepes). The room's air conditioning was already on when we arrived, and it features panoramic windows, a dehumidifier, and complimentary welcome fruits. Hotel guests also receive tickets to Nongfu Spring (mineral water company), and it's a 10-minute drive to their factory area, which you can drive into. I've chosen Conrad for my recent trips to Hangzhou, mainly because I love their 1.5-meter twin beds. There was a minor hiccup during check-in, but Coco at the front desk was incredibly proactive and empathetic in resolving the issue. She deserves a shout-out! The view is also great, though the designer clearly didn't test things out in person – I've bumped my head on the safe several times.
