"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to West Lake. This time I booked a 1.35 business twin room. The room was clean, tidy, and hygienic, and the staff were incredibly polite and friendly, always greeting us kindly. The soundproofing was great, so it was very quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The breakfast was rich, delicious, and good quality, all for a reasonable price. The hotel also offers a car charter service for tours, with great discounts and extended service hours. This was a lifesaver for us independent travelers with kids! The driver was steady, polite, and patient, accompanying us throughout and providing thoughtful explanations. Thumbs up! My stay at the Marco Polo Lake Hotel this time was truly worth it! I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!"
