Atour Hotel (Shangtang Road, West Lake Culture Square)

This stay was absolutely fantastic, definitely a five-star review! The hotel service was impeccable; the staff were friendly and always quick to respond to our needs. A pleasant surprise was the fully equipped laundry room, complete with washing machines, dryers, and even an iron, all with complimentary laundry supplies. It made dealing with accumulated travel clothes a breeze. The room's cleanliness was spot-on, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Overall, every aspect exceeded our expectations. Atour is definitely my top choice for accommodation!

The hotel is not far from the subway station, making its location excellent. It's very convenient to get to Lingyin Temple from here. The room was quiet, and the staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. I had a great stay. Since there weren't many bookings, they were flexible and allowed a late check-out at 3 PM, which was much appreciated. I'm very satisfied with my stay and will definitely come back next time.

Excellent location with friendly staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and both breakfast and late-night snacks are great. Even though it's next to an elevated highway, the soundproofing is exceptional! The bedding at Atour is always top-notch.

The Atour Hotel at Hangzhou West Lake Cultural Plaza, Shangtang Road is in a great location, less than a 10-minute walk from the subway station, making getting around super convenient. The room was spacious and bright, and the Atour 'Deep Sleep' pillow was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; they offered tea upon arrival and even gave us bottled water when we checked out. The attention to detail was perfect, I highly recommend it!

We arrived at the hotel a little after 5 PM, but our room wasn't ready, so we had to wait a while to check in. The soundproofing in the room was poor; we could hear conversations from the next room. I don't recommend it.

Pretty good overall, just a slight lag on the TV. I'm knocking half a point off the 'environment' score because of that. The front desk service was excellent, big shout out to them! It was really convenient to order takeout while staying at the hotel; we just devoured it all in a hurry, haha.

The hotel offers the standard amenities you'd expect from Atour. The staff are really nice; they even called to check if I needed any assistance since I was checking in a bit late. It's not too far from the West Lake Cultural Plaza subway station, and there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The soundproofing in the room is excellent – even though it's close to the road, there's absolutely no noise once you close the window.
