The best boutique hotel in Chiangmai! Comfortable king bed, clean room, cold powerful air-con, consistent hot water heater. Breakfast although not a big spread, but they provide basic and tasty food. Lots of free flow of water, fruits, instant cup noodles. Accessible centralised location near to main road of old city, less than 15 mins to airport and the Central airport mall. Will return again to book this hotel when I go back to Chiangmai.

Simple and abstinence style, transparent! Because it has just opened, it is very clean. There is a 24-hour free water bar and fruit in the lobby on the first floor!
