The hotel is in a good location, only 5 minutes walk to Maya shopping mall and even closer to Nimman. There is Lotus at the intersection and many small restaurants, very convenient! In addition, the hotel staff are very friendly. Every one of them has a smile on their face, is polite, and makes guests feel at home. Their hospitality-first attitude is worthy of learning from many big-brand five-star hotels and is a first-class experience! The room is very clean, the decoration is exquisite, the color matching is atmospheric, and the bed is comfortable. The toiletries are also very good, probably from some aromatherapy brand.
We only booked a room without any meals included, but the hotel said we could enjoy their afternoon tea for free, which was a surprise. Although the food was not very delicious, the service and meals were satisfactory!
All in all, we are very satisfied with the service, room facilities and cleanliness of this hotel. It is great value!
