About A Bed Hostel Chiangmai

This is the best hostel I have lived , it is clean,and Fai is soooooo sweet and kind,I will miss the time in hostel . Me and my friend all love there and hope to come back again!

Amazing Hostel! Super quiet clean and in a great location! It’s right in the heart of old town Chiang Mai with walkable access to temple’s restaurants and amazing street food! The owner Faii was fabulous and helped us book and plan all of our exertions she also had the best recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Would highly recommend this hostel!

Had a very pleasant experience here! My only critique would be that I wish it had an elevator. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. Staff was super helpful especially Fai who above and beyond! From recommendations to simply calling a taxi, Fai was incredible!!! Really enjoyed my stay!!!

Stayed two nights here! Great hostel, the owner is really lovely and gives great recommendations. In a convenient location and quiet, calm environment to stay whilst in Chiang Mai, highly recommend!!

Very clean hostel. Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in a 4-bed dorm and had a very good sleep. The rules of the hostel are strict, for example you will get a big fine if you smoke in the rooms or bring an external person home. Prices are very reasonable. I would definately recommend staying here!

One of the best hostel - feels like home. My biggest regret is not staying here for a long time. The receptionist, Fai, was very helpful. She can give you the best food recommendations. I also asked her for the tour what she recommended was 50% cheaper than those tour online. She also helped me book a car to the airport 11/10 for this receptionist. As for the hostel itself, I like the ambience like it’s a good place to live. The bed and blankets are comfortable. I like the lighting and the white walls. They also clean every day. There are free candies, too! I also enjoy having conversation with the people here. I will come back soon! P.S. It’s a great location. Near convenient stores and temples.

We stayed at About A Bed hostel for three nights and loved every second of our stay. Fai was extremely friendly and helpful, she answered any questions we had. She helped us plan our itinerary and gave great recommendations for what to do. She helped us to organise excursions such as a cooking class, white water rafting and a trip to an elephant sanctuary. She also gave us help in organising the next stages of our journey and her food recommendations were off the charts. The room was perfect, the rooms and bathrooms and showers were extremely clean. The air con was lovely. Five out of five stars.

I stayed in this hostel for 5 days and I could never ask for a better experience. It is very well located in the center, close to everything. It's a safe, clean, fun and confortable heaven. No partying at night so you can really rest and be ready for awesome activity because Faii, the owner, is the sweetest person on earth ! She is so welcoming and always ready to help whether with the best suggestions of food, places to visit, what's to see, how to get there and she even took care to introduce me to a new guest with whom I became friends very quickly!! She definetly made this hostel feel like home !! I already miss this place, for sure will return and recommand to anyone not to miss this AMAZING part of Thaïland and live the perfect experience in Chiang Maï at " About a bed hostel ", thanks to Faii. 💓
