酒店位於古城區內，距離機場10分鐘車程。職員態度友善，酒店衛生情況良好。早餐又多款不同食物可供選擇。

簡單，地方細細五臟俱全的酒店。環境好優美，設計大方。位置10分方便，轉角就有米芝蓮餐廳可以食。兩晚比較平嘅酒店房裏面設施不太高級，符合價錢質素。
但酒店包含嘅早餐十分高質，有cafe質素，可以添食，會因為個早餐同服務而推介朋友過去！

酒店位於清邁古城，很安靜也很方便，還有免費借自行車外出，騎自行車穿梭在古城街道很悠閑，古城裡麪車輛也不多。酒店服務人員很好，幫忙訂車、租借摩託車，都很有耐心。如果有機會再來還願意住這裏！

打掃衞生的啊姨，敲門後客人已經回答了不要進來，還是直接開門進來，而且門鎖是壞的，熱水也是壞的，光是找維修都找好幾回了。退房後問都不問直接把客人遺留的東西直接丟掉，客人打電話回去找還要兩天時間才回復，回覆了就輕飄飄一句已經丟掉了，一點都不覺得有問題，這是我在泰國住過服務態度最差的酒店了，以前的酒店不給個五星好評都覺得不好意思，這家酒店真的是給一分我都覺得自己給多了！
