Best Reception we got in Chiang Mai. Dai and Ton were very welcoming, always smiling, eager to assist and we got assistance from them several times. The rest of the staff in the reception and in the kitchen were very polite, and professional too. That made the stay very pleasant. They speak fluent English with Thai accent.
We pre order s breakfast as we have to leave at 7am in the morning. The breakfast was great, with fresh fruits and an orchid flower.
The towels need replacement though as they are brown already.
The beddings are crisp white. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We didn't have time to use the pool and gym..

We booked two rooms for four of us. We particularly liked the room safe, ceiling fan as well as an air conditioner, and the black out curtains.
A cheap simple breakfast is available (good for morning tours) and an afternoon happy hour were enjoyed by all of us.
It is a good budget hotel for those that can't afford it's opulent sibling 99 The Heritage next door.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were excellent. The self-service laundry and gym were a big plus. Just a small note for those sensitive to scents, there’s a noticeable wood smell when you first enter the room, but it fades after a while. Overall, a wonderful stay with amazing staff and facilities.

The location is perfect being inside the Old City, making it easy to walk to the temple, Tha Phae Gate, restaurant, and other sights. The staff were attentive, very friendly with smile. Our room was clean, comfortable and decorated with traditional style. The grounds are beautiful with small pool and gym. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and best value for money.

We stay here only for couple of hours before our flight! We choose this hotel just because it’s in the center of old town… but we found so many positive surprises… it’s very quiet in the evening even it’s in front of a busy road…the staffs are amazing! Very friendly and attentive… public area looks very beautiful… we enjoyed the breeze under the trees in the courtyard… swimming pool and gym is not huge but very tidy and in a good shape… definitely will stay here next time!

Great location and has washing machine (chargeable) at hotel. Pool is nice. Hotel rooms are spacious but one bed spring was coming out of the mattress so scratched my leg. Water pressure isn’t consistent in the shower. Front desk were able to check in at 10am due to arriving from 7:30am. Lots of mosquitoes here as standing water in common areas.

Idk why the review in trip is so high 😥 I feel so cheated because the hotel is very dirty & old. Only good-side is walking distance to night market, that’s it 😥
