Convenient, clean, comfortable, and the view is okay. The room is a bit small, but overall it's acceptable. It's close enough to walk to the temple.

My stay at this hotel this time was not as impressive as my previous visit. The air conditioner was very old and noisy all night, making it difficult to sleep. It was terrible... The cleanliness was also awful. They didn't wash the used glasses, and the floor felt sticky when walking around the room. The front desk staff were good and helpful when there was no parking, they would assist in finding a spot... However, the cleaning staff need improvement. They didn't replenish the complimentary water daily; I had to buy a pack myself...

This was my second time staying here. It's a hotel I always book for at least one night whenever I visit Chiang Mai. My only blunder this time was forgetting that breakfast wasn't included and heading straight to the breakfast area (lol). Honestly, the breakfast here isn't great – instant coffee and watered-down juice... We paid 300 baht for two people, which ended up being quite an expensive breakfast. I wish the hotel staff had mentioned something. The location and rooms are fantastic, though! They also have a shared washing machine, which is a huge plus.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the famous Wat Phra Singh. There are several recommended restaurants and convenience stores like 7-Eleven within walking distance, and getting a taxi is very easy. The hotel's exterior and decor are also very thoughtfully designed, and the staff are polite, friendly, and always ready to help.
We booked the most basic room type, which was quite an experience. The wall-mounted air conditioner was missing its deflector, so we couldn't adjust the fan direction, and it blew directly onto the bed. Turning the temperature down made it too cold, and turning it up made it too hot. The bathroom was quite cramped, and the showerhead was difficult to adjust.
There was a window that was purely for aesthetics; it couldn't be opened, nor could the curtains be adjusted. Facing the corridor, it felt more like a decoration, making it essentially a windowless room. Honestly, I could accept all of these things, as it's part of the hotel's design and positioning. What I couldn't tolerate was that the room's Wi-Fi was practically unusable, and even after asking the staff, the issue couldn't be resolved. Mobile data also experienced interference and was not smooth.
Fortunately, we only stayed for two nights and were out most of the time, so it was fine for just sleeping. I do recommend the spa next door to the hotel.

The standard room was a bit below par. Firstly, it was tiny; I struggled to even open my suitcase. Secondly, on the day I checked in, there was a really unpleasant smell in the room, like fresh paint or renovations, which even gave me a headache the next day. Plus, the room had poor lighting; there was only one window, and it was on the wall facing the corridor. This meant that if I opened the window, I'd have no privacy, so I had to keep the lights on all the time. It felt like this room was only suitable for crashing at night.

Not bad. The best part was having a fan in the room, which made it easier to control the temperature. The guy at the front desk who spoke Chinese was really great and very enthusiastic.

Love this older style hotel, it was lovely and quiet with a two small gym rooms and a pool. The rooms were clean ,a little on the small side . The shower was good, a decent fridge ( not a bar one ), the bed was quite high but comfortable and they brought me a soft low pillow at my request 😍
The staff were so very nice ,all of them . Thanks from Ms Glene , I will be back for sure 😊

This hotel offers great value for money. It's located right in the Old City, directly across from Wat Phra Singh, with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff are all very polite and provide good service; there are even employees who can speak Chinese, so communication is absolutely no problem. However, it's best to request a room with good sunlight, otherwise, it can be a bit damp and have a musty smell.
