Everything is super nice, but the mattress is so really bad. Very bouncy and you can feel the other person’s every tiny movement.

There are famous places within walking distance. There is a Wat. It is close to the night bazaar in the middle of the old town. It is quite a long walk to Tha Pae Gate. When checking in, if there is no reservation, Nathan at the front desk coldly replies that there is no reservation even when I show the reservation confirmation sheet. I have already paid, so I have no intention of backing down. I called to confirm and finally checked in. If it wasn't for that, I would give it 5 points. It was a nerve-wracking 30 minutes of anxiety. Minus 2 points. What do you all think? Is it Trip's fault or the hotel's?
