직원분들 영어가 엄청 능숙하진 않지만 친절해요. 숙소는 약간 먼지가 있었지만 깨끗했어요. make up room 버튼이 방에 있어서 편리했습니다. 공항까지 짐 딜리버리 서비스를 신청해 뒀는데 호텔 1층에 짐을 보관할 만한 별도의 공간이 있어서 안심됐어요.

Fantastic Hotel, boutique style, peaceful and quiet place, the room is quite big, and has the essentials fridge, hair dryer, television, air conditioning, has a pretty cute pool and the rooftop is super nice, with nice chairs and sofas, the attention is one of the characteristics of the place, BOA and TAM are super efficient, pleasant and helpful, in general everyone is very attentive, like everything, there are things that could be improved but for the affordable price you can't ask for more.
Important note: the majority of tourism that ISTY hosts is European and that helps to make the stay more enjoyable.
Adicional note: 20 meter from the hotel theres a area of barbecue restaurant, around 6 or 7 different restaurants.
Enjoy and have a great time in Chain Mai.
