The sanitary conditions are poor and there are bugs all around. It's terrible. I don't recommend staying there.
There were ants and spiders crawling all around the toilet, counter, and corners.
As soon as the water pipe in the toilet is turned on, the lights flicker. It's so scary.

This hotel is very clean , quiet place not far from airport , only 7 kms from airport , nearby Chiang Mai University which have a lot of food. This hotel don' t have breakfast but opposite the hotel have Cafe which you can order breakfast from here.

It is far away from the old city and the transportation is relatively inconvenient. But the environment is quiet, the room is nice, and it's very quiet.
