Underwhelming. I gave up my Diamond Accor membership because of the behaviours of staff at their hotel in Bangkok. Disappointing. I was encouraged to try again. But .. It was the same here. The staff at hotels in the 21st Century are too often more important than the guests. That's the female ego. Shared by queers. It's the new norm. I know you are the customer but I need to make your stay all about me. And my ******.

All the rooms are not very quiet. I believe the motorcycles on the road are very noisy, but I have to say that all the hotel staff are very nice and are very willing to help guests.
