The hotel's lobby service is good and check-in is very fast.
The lobby is designed in a comfortable Chiang Mai style, and the gardens and swimming pool are very beautiful.
The room also has a retro wood style and is old-fashioned, but the space is spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, the TV is so small that you can hardly see the picture while lying on the bed. There are few sockets in the room, many plugs have poor induction, and there is a lot of dust in the details of the room. It seems that it has not been cleaned well, and it is not in line with the standards of a 5-star hotel. The bath water is not very hot and it is impossible to take a bath. There is no hot water at all in the morning bath and it is super cold🥶
As for soundproofing, the hotel may be on the flight path, so the sound is quite loud. If you need a quiet sleep, you can choose another Ibis at the entrance which is quieter and more comfortable.
