Loved our stay at Baan Klang Wiang, fab location and so close to the night food market. Breakfast has a good variety of Lanna, Thai and Western styles. The service is impeccable. Best of all, I loved waking up to match my circadian rhythm with the light, the chirping of ten birds and the gentle chanting by the monks nearby. Tariff for the room was good too. Looking forward to returning!

My wife says it's better than most large hotel suites. The atmosphere is so good, the breakfast is good, each and every detail is good, and the staff are so kind. I recommend it.

This is our second stay at this hotel. We were so taken with it last time that we booked again. The rooms are around the square central area over looking the pool. The whole place is tastefully decorated with antique furniture and interesting knick knacks. The rooms have 4 poster beds, turkish rugs and are fresh flowers everywhere.Just beautiful. It is a non smoking hotel so we had to go to the car park for smoke but we ended up being given chairs to sit on while we did,Thankyou for that.Right across the road is a temple and they have a Thai massage place there that gives the best massages I have ever had and it must be well known as it is always busy. The hotel serves the biggest breakfasts you have ever seen and we could never finish what was served.Tea was in china cup and a pot.Everything was set up so beautifully. You cannot get meals here any other time but you are walking distance to the street food markets and plenty of restaurants in the area.No cold beer or beverages either so stock your own fridge.Staff were exceedingly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Its such a romantic place and so quiet except for the frogs who we loved.Lush gardens and nothing out of place.5/5 for this place every time.Parking outside for those with their own vehicles

The most beautiful structure I have seen in Chiangmai. Very clean, plentiful, fresh and good breakfast, super friendly and smiling staff. The swimming pool is very clean, useful for hot and muggy days. I really recommend it to couples who need to isolate themselves from the chaos of the city in a romantic place surrounded by greenery, with attention to the smallest detail. The cost per night is approximately 73 euros per couple.

A two-storey boutique hotel with 10 rooms in the heart of the old town. The main tourist attractions and the night bazaar are within walking distance. The clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and friendly staff are soothing to both body and mind. ●Rooms The rooms are spacious at about 35m2. There is no bathtub, only a shower. There is plenty of storage space in the closet. The linens and towels are clean and soft enough to use. The bathroom amenities are plentiful and there are no problems. There is a refrigerator and a safety box, and two bottles of mineral water are provided for each person every day, so there is no need to buy it at a convenience store. ●Breakfast The system is to fill out the breakfast order sheet the day before with the time and menu you want, and you can choose salad, juice, *dishes and bread. At first, I thought it was a bit of a hassle, but in the morning, when I sat down, the food was served immediately, and everything was carefully made, very delicious, and there was plenty of it, so I was very satisfied. The coffee is dripped each time, so you can drink delicious coffee every morning. ●Hotel Staff All the staff were friendly and politely responded to any questions or requests. On the day of check-out, it was early in the morning, so we couldn't eat in the restaurant, but they prepared a hearty box breakfast for us and handed it to us in a shopping bag along with a drink. When we were leaving, they came to our car and saw us off with a smile. This hotel's consistent hospitality, which values its guests, made for a comfortable stay.
