Reception staff speaks English fluently and always very kind and helpful.Also the interior is very good.All furniture is well chosen.The entrance looks nice too. On the second floor they have complimentary coffee and tea in public space and can sit on balcony locking chair to hear bird sounds as I want(though having mosquito repellent is better).
If I visit Chiangmai next time I would stay there again.

My stay at Baan Hanibah was truely wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel and is one of the best i have stayed at. This is a family run hotel and the kindness and attention was exceptional. The hotel is spotlessly clean, has a relaxed a**osphere. Its located in a quiet street, but within walking distance to the main attractions. My morning breakfast of fruit, omelette, coffee and yoghurt got me started for the day and was delicious. This hotel is unique and i will hope to return one day.

I was able to relax and unwind in the house and garden, which had a very Thai feel to it. The breakfast served in the garden was delicious, and I loved the warm Thai soup. It's close to Tha Pae Gate, so it was nice to take a morning walk to the gate and moat. Above all, we were very well looked after by a staff member who was said to be the owner's niece. It was my first trip to Chiang Mai, and I'm very glad I was able to stay here.

It was nice to be able to experience the traditions of Chiang Mai because it was an old traditional house. You could hear the birds singing, you could use the living room and yard space, and the owner couple and the people working there were friendly, so this is an accommodation I would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here! It is a perfect location - quiet and on a lovely little street while also being in the heart of the city with many things walkable and easily accessible transportation for those that weren’t. Lots of temples, coffee and smoothie shops, markets - everything around!
The most impressive part though was the hosts who were so caring and thoughtful and warm. Every morning came with a breakfast (both Thai and Western) and they were on hand to make sure everyone had what they needed.

I stay at Baan Hanibah every time I visit Chiang Mai. The location is super convenient and quiet. The wooden guesthouse is built in a historical style. A yummy breakfast is included—they even provide gluten free options if you let them know about allergies. Most of all, the staff are so friendly and helpful. I truly look forward to staying here.

Would highly recommend. Basic and simple but excellent location, fantastic staff and great breakfasts. The perfect little guest house. Would stay again.
