The bed is soft and fluffy and very comfortable to sleep on. Compact bathroom The room doesn't keep much sound. Can hear other rooms. Overall, I like it because the mattress is very comfortable.

A lovely, fairly small family run hotel between the east gate of Chiang Mai ‘Old City’ and the Ping River. The location is excellent. Within 10 minutes of the Warorot Market, flower market and Night Bazaar, major Buddhist and Muslim temples, and the River View Restaurant. Simple, clean, quiet accommodations. All you can ask for in a low range hotel. There is a family run lovely café on the lower level and the hosts couldn’t be.

Lovely place to stay close to the beautiful Ping River and a short walk to the Old Town and other attractions. Run by a friendly and charming family. Good value, quiet and relaxing place. An oasis for any traveller, or long-term stays. Highly recommended.

Another excellent stay at this lovely guesthouse, in a quiet area next to the Ping River but close to the night market and lots of lovely places to eat on the river. The couple who run this place are friendly, good and charming people who will make you feel at home. Rooms are ensuite and clean with good internet speed. I have been staying here for several years now and I highly recommend it if you are considering spending some nights in beautiful and serene Chiang Mai.
