I had to cancel my second booking because single beds were very narrow 0.9m and had very low quality super firm mattresses. Pillows felt like rocks. This hotel doesn't have a lift.

The location is near Chiang Mai Gate Night Market in Old Town, so it is good for planning your travel route. There is a 7-Eleven 5 minutes away, so it was great to buy drinks at night and have a snack at the night market.
The condition is above average and it is a good place to stay at an affordable price :)
