I chose this place after looking at each of the private pool villas in Chiang Mai, and it is an accommodation that shows a bit of idealism and reality. I have so much to say, but I'll keep it short. First of all, the rooms are spacious for the price and all 6 rooms are the same size and structure. The ceiling is high so it looks spacious, and the bathtub and toilet are clean. The swimming pool is difficult to swim in and has some Instagram appeal. The floating breakfast was of great quality. It's ideal as it is in the picture, but... if I were to write down a few things about reality... There are so many different types of creatures(?) in the neighborhood itself. As soon as I checked in, I caught about 20 mosquitoes (I don't know if that's significant), but I told the reception and they moved me to a new room. The hotel is doing its best to use insect repellent spray, mosquito repellent, F Killa, etc., but it seems difficult to improve. You have to share the swimming pool with pigeons. The ceiling is open, so pigeons come to feed 24 hours a day, and if you eat breakfast on the pool terrace, the pigeons even clean up the crumbs. The biggest problem with the swimming pool is that it is also a bathroom for pigeons... I stayed there for 3 nights and went in once with my eyes closed. There is a home that resembles a hardware store in the driveway of the accommodation, and you can see rats in the alley of this driveway. The location is good because it's right next to Wat Chiang Man Temple, there's a convenience store, and it's easy to call a taxi. The staff are friendly and try to improve any inconveniences, but it is unfortunate that there are so many things that cannot be helped. It seems like a popular accommodation for Chinese people, but for Koreans... I don't know. Still, it's enough to show off your emotions for the price, so consider it carefully before making a reservation!

If you want to enjoy Chiang Mai hippy atmosphere while indulging in some privacy and comfort, this is the hotel for you. Smack in the City Center the villas are located in a super quiet alley that guarantees absolute night silence, the interior and decoration are simple but nice, while the private internal courtyard with pool offers an amazing spot where to unwind in the hottest afternoons with your special ones. Big Boss, the owner, is super friendly and will help you with any request without being pushy or indiscrete, his stuff super polite and smiley. Special mention to the breakfast: not only is huge but is also various and super tasty. We ate there the best pad thai in our vacation! Deeply adviced for any Couple or young family in search of a quite, private cozy space.
