This is my first time come to Chiangmai and I saw a lot of different comment about the hotel here however I booked Cmor Hotel since it has few poor comment and I rly love it the room is big and the hotel is also nearby the city center u can take a walk to most places in Chiangmai

We reached the hotel at 5am in the morning after a 14 hours train ride from Bangkok. We could check in early but we had to pay for 1000 Baht which was too much and was full price for a room. Hotel is spot on. Room is spacious, clean, very good air conditioning, shower was a little bit disappointing, toiletries, free bottles of water, no free toothbrush, clean towels as well as bathrobes. Big smart tv, mini bar, microwave were in the room. Nice comfy bed and pillows. Nice swimming pool and pool towels were provided. Overall good stay

先作整體評價：非常滿意，待別是前台，很有服務精神，雖然入住間有點小問題，但前台懂得合適處理，而酒店管理亦懂合適跟進，這點很值得讚。
入住當天，前台給我們房間升級了，房間很寬敞，放行李沒問題，房間衛生不錯，喜歡它有微波爐及另外洗滌地方，很方便。只是房間的燈有些不穩定，有時會閃，提了前台，但沒改善（因為它是就了一段時間才間中閃，維修人員可能不察覺）。最大問題是WiFi，非常不穩定，在這個房間基本是不能用！由於要工作和視像會議，沒有WiFi 非常不便，當然向前台投訴，前台態度很好，細心聆聽，立即跟進。
出外回來時，前台告知已聯絡服務商跟進WiFi問題，但怕維修需時，建議幫我們換房間，我當然不太願意，因為行李、衣服等已掛好，換房要重新執拾，很麻煩，前枱也聆聽並表示明白，立即提供服務，只要我們簡單執拾，其他他們會派人幫忙拿到新房間，讚！（當然其實我們全部執拾好，其實沒有需要他們特別服務，但他們願意提出，是很好的服務精神）
當因換房覺得有點不悅時，才知道所換的房間又升級了，天寬敞及有膠囊咖啡機，心情立刻好了點。酒店管理懂得當客人不悅時做這些補救措施，是客戶服務成功的要素。不過再試WiFi時，仍然有問題，前台亦派人上來幫忙測試，記錄問題狀態，很快問題便解決了（自此WiFi就再沒出過問題了，令我們工作順暢了很多，讚！）這房間唯一缺點是淋浴間和座廁沒有分隔，淋浴後座廁及地板都濕了，很不方便，建議可加浴簾，減少濺濕座廁，當然最好是乾濕分隔（這其實是我揀房間首要條件，這次是因為換房才接受這樣的房間，否則我是不會訂這種房間的）。
其中一天因天雨，我們取消行程，還未到中午便回到酒店，發現還未執拾房間（雖然我們有掛make up room牌)，見到對面房間在清潔中，就告訴清潔員工幫忙執拾，我們下到大堂等待，但一小時過後上房間，竟然還未執拾，我們白等了一小時（大堂基本沒有空調），當然生氣，立即到前台投訴及要求立即執拾房間（其實我也明白房間眾多，回來時未輪到我的房間做清潔，我是明白的，只是既然我們已回來，而且還在大堂等候，就理應先清潔客人在等候的房間啊），前台溝通後再向我們道歉及跟進，結果另外等候了半小時後回房間，房間清潔了，發現床上有份很小的禮物（包裝還算精緻的曲奇餅及一張小卡），雖然微不足道，但證明酒店管理有水平，懂得表達歉意，其實禮物很小，其乎沒成本，但效果很好，最少我也下氣了不少。
整體上這次入住印象良好，我還帶住其他酒店客人來看，推薦入住，我也計劃下次回來再入住這裡。

飯店離maya百貨很近，從飯店有免費嘟嘟車可以搭乘，可是回程沒有嘟嘟車。 房間面積很大，可是提供的浴巾跟浴袍都很舊。不過以價格來說cp值很高。

First, let’s talk about the location of the hotel. It’s quite easy to find, but it’s in an alley. The hotel is only close to Ningman Road. The ancient city, market, etc. are only 2 kilometers away. The room is quite big. It seems that we booked a package. Anyway, we can upgrade the room for free. We booked a deluxe twin room, and then the hotel staff told us that the upgrade only has one bed, and there is no upgrade to the twin room. So what's the point of your package? On the first day of our stay, we went out to play in the morning. Before going out, we told the front desk that the room did not need to be cleaned. Then when we came back in the afternoon, we saw that the cleaning staff had already opened the door to our room, so we did not take what we said seriously. ? The same goes for the front desk service. Except for the two people we met the next morning, everyone else either had a bad tone or a bad face and didn't take the service seriously. When we finally checked out, we were told that the cup was cracked and we had to pay 30 baht. This was not the case in our memory.
