Great hospitality especially the receptionist is always friendly and attentive, breakfast is great with good choices of pastry, hot items, western and thai asian. Location is slightly less accessible to the car as it is a one way street dead end, more quiet compared to the old town area with night markets.

Located near Wualai walking street, easy to get around. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast is quite good, have both Thai cuisine & international selections.

It is in a residential area and not that close to major touristy places, which I like. The hotel was maintained very well. The complimentary breakfast was another bonus and it was beyond my expectations for a free breakfast. Btw there’s a famous Thai restaurant just around the corner.

The location is in an alley. If you're driving by yourself, it's not clear where you can park. I didn't meet anyone who spoke Chinese at the front desk, but they were very helpful and helped with luggage when I left. Because there are three rooms which are quite OK, and the breakfast is OK at this price, not amazing. I personally like to stay at Ningman Road. The sewer pipes kept making noise, which affected my sleep at night.

Breakfast was ok for 3.4 days and nothing was the same, and I could drink mineral water as I wanted. The twin room I booked was relatively small, so I could only lie on the bed and rest when I returned to the room. The room is quite clean and the price/performance ratio is good.

Standard youth hostel style and self-service model. Have you ever seen a hotel where you need to clear your own plates? Pay about the same as you would in Hua Hin and Kuala Lumpur for standard hotel rooms and services. So why do I keep saying it’s a youth hostel but sell the price of a hotel🙁 There are dried insect carcasses and dirt on the linen There are mosquitoes in the elevator and in the room It looks newly renovated but the walls are cracked😰 The crack in the door is so big that light leaks in at night! The shower head seems to have a lot of water, but basically it can only reach the head, and the lower body cannot reach the water at all😰😰 The most unacceptable thing is that less than half an hour after I checked out, I found one of my diplomat code locks left on the sheets. I immediately contacted Ctrip and returned to the hotel to look for it. The hotel front desk initially lied that there was already a guest in the room. Arranged to check in. It was only around 12 noon at that time. After repeated questioning, the hotel front desk allowed me to enter the room barefoot😒😒😒. I asked for slippers and was not willing👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. After checking out, they refused. It’s a guest again😒😒😒 Then the room was all cleaned up, and the cleaning staff opened the garbage bag to show me, but my lock was placed on the bed sheet, and I didn’t see the linen, so I couldn’t confirm that the hotel didn’t find it. My lock, my lock is open. Anyone who finds it can see the password and use it. Once you check out, you are no longer a guest. Even if you only leave for half an hour, your things cannot be found. Ctrip didn't have any solution because the hotel didn't admit seeing my lock. I don’t believe the hotel because the front desk lied to me from the beginning, claiming that a guest had checked in but actually didn’t. It was really bad👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
