Location is not within the city centre and is near the metro station. Hotel includes a variety of choices of breakfast buffet which mainly consist if chinese food. There are 3 big malls around the hotel. With plemty of food choices.
Staff are very friendly and attend to our needs promptly.

The hotel manager Sherry was excellent. Took care of my needs very well. Very helpful. IT staff Amy is technically very competent. Helped me with my WiFi setup efficiently. Very patient too. Reception staff Damon, young but very well mannered. Jason helped me call a cab at 5am. Very efficient n friendly.. Overall, makes me felt like home :)

Me and my b.f came to xi’an for tour it was my first time , we stayed for two nights at holiday inn hotel and this hotel gave us a great experience first of all the hotel is very clean, room is so warm during winter very nice and clean bedsheets, I slept like a little baby 😂 . toilet is dope , receptionist are very friendly and the food wow , I would definitely come again.

Had a great stay! Staff were excellent and helpful. Location was perfect for me. Just between the north railway station and downtown Xi’an. Hotel was very clean and my room was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Room is a little small, bed also could be bigger. Although non smoking room I could smell some cigarettes. Desk is nice with a good chair to work on the laptop. The biggest advantage is various and delicious breakfast.

I loved the location from my arrival point. It is 4km away from Xian north stattion. However, the best part is that Line 2 subway Behind the hotel takes you to almost all atrractions, maximum of 5 RMB subway ride. A Taxi to the airport would cost you around 75 to 80 bucks with a 35 mins ride time to around 50 mins in peak traffic. It is 30 km away from airport. The breakfast was a decent mix of Chinese and Western and the staff was very helpful.

The hotel is in a great location, with a shopping mall and subway station downstairs, making travel and dining very convenient. The hotel has self-service washing machines and is very friendly to business travelers. Debbie at the hotel front desk is proactive and enthusiastic in her service.
