It took a long time to check in. The front desk was inefficient. There was a check-in package. Ours was water, food, instant noodles, etc. I saw other foreigners had a square exquisite small box. I don't know how to distinguish them. Overall it was ok. Not much breakfast

This was our second time staying here. It is a great hotel. The amenities are great. The rooms are clean. The pool is wonderful. The welcome gift is also really nice.

The room is actually quite big. The decoration is a bit retro, but it's okay once you get used to it. What's surprising is that the hotel gives you a big snack package with a lot of things. The location is on Chang Khlan Road. You have to take a taxi to go anywhere in Chiang Mai, so it's not a problem to stay here. The room is still very quiet. The breakfast has a rich variety, which is okay. The one I booked is Queen Luxury, and the one next to it is Queen Grand Hotel, they are actually the same. The Luxury side is a new building with larger rooms, but I feel that booking Queen is also OK, and the price is cheaper. I still recommend staying here when you come to Chiang Mai, it's safe and quiet.

Nice hotel, nice breakfast and pool is OK.
It's not 5 star hotel, and not new. The beds are not comfortable, very stiff mattress. We received a nice welcome gift and fruit in the room, but we slept very bed.
Will not come back. Staff is friendly.
