Prime Square Hotel

The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are very clean. All the employees are lovely. We found that the air conditioner in the room was not cool and the staff immediately changed to a new room. All the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast is very delicious. Sleep well and quiet. Next time I come to Chiang Mai, I will definitely come back to stay again.

I think the location of this hotel is convenient as there are shopping malls, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. The inside of the hotel was clean and the rooms were clean. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again.

A great hotel, everything from facilities and services to breakfast deserves a good review. We receive smiles from the front desk staff every day. They greet us with smiles every time we pass by the front desk. Check-in is also very fast and the hygiene is very good. The transportation and location are very good. You can reach Ningman No. 1 and Maya in 10 minutes' walk. All in all, all good!

Good value for money, hygienic, polite and smiling staff, and delicious breakfast. Unfortunately, there is no 7-11 nearby. You have to buy drinks or snacks and enjoy them back at the hotel. There is a laundromat about 5 minutes away.

The young lady and uncle at the front desk provided very good service. The breakfast was also very rich. The location is very good. It is very close to Maya. I am very satisfied. Highly recommended.

Mid-level hotel located away from all tourist places, near the ring road and close to the airport. To explore the city, it is located far enough to comfortably reach the city center or attractions on foot. The view from the windows will not please you with anything interesting. Despite the proximity of the highway on which the hotel is located and the airport, the sleep was comfortable (fortunately, the airport has almost no flights at night). There is a small outdoor pool with a couple of sun loungers and a small gym. The rooms and public areas are clean and comfortable. The beds in the room are wide, mattresses and linens are of high quality. Air conditioners are silent. The room is equipped with a tea station and bottles of water. The hotel staff is polite. Breakfast at the hotel is a good buffet, with a focus on guests from the Asian region. Water pressure and temperature are good. There were no problems with the plumbing. One of the downsides was the situation when we requested late check-out for an additional fee, and we were refused, citing the lack of rooms, although the aggregators showed that there were free rooms at the hotel. Overall, the hotel did not disappoint in any way, but next time we will choose accommodation closer to the tourist center of the city, fortunately, there are many offers.
