The hotel features a sense of decoration and design, and the surrounding environment is also excellent. You can sit by the river and stay all morning. The service staff was very nice and even upgraded the room. The breakfast was also very rich. The overall experience was very good and highly recommended.
The only drawback is that the location is a bit remote, so you basically have to grab a car to go out, but it also makes it more peaceful.

Lied by the river of Chiang Mai at a quiet and cozy perfect location a beautiful and well designed boutique hotel. The room was a fair size, very clean and nice porch overlooking the river. Breakfast was good but very limited in variety. The staff was excellent and friendly.

Went to stay for the 3rd time and still like the waterfront a**osphere as usual.
The room was clean, the pillows and bed were very comfortable.
But breakfast has been adjusted to a non-buffet type, very disappointing.

It was the worst night I stayed in Thailand. The actual location is very remote, the room is small, the environment inside is very poor, and the quilt smells! It's not as good as the photos. The balcony door can't be closed, which makes people feel very insecure. The key pricing doesn't match the actual facilities at all. There's no breakfast, no gym, no swimming pool. The hotel is sitting on the Ping river in a very quite area, the room is very well designed with the less is more concept. We enjoy our morning coffee on the river bank. I will definitely come back to this hotel for my next visit.

A small hotel next to the river, chic design, very peaceful. The staff were very welcoming and caring. The rooms were beautiful and complete with all the equipment. I recommend breakfast. I'll tell you a little more. If you meet the owner, you'll be very lucky. He's friendly and takes good care of guests. Highly recommended.
