Right at the entrance, you can see the swimming pool and garden with Chiang Mai-like trees. Booked for a half-day rest. It's ok for a late flight. It's clean and the location is good. Satisfied enough. Rooms on the first floor have some inconvenience when opening and closing the door, but if you're a family with children, 1 The floor seems to be good. The pool is in front, and the tables in front are convenient to use. The room feels old, and the room is spacious and honestly good value for money. However, it is not as clean as the basic standard, but perhaps after experiencing expensive hotels that were much dirtier, my level of satisfaction has actually increased. Family Recommended if you prefer a hotel location and spacious rooms.

It is super central within the wall of Chiang Mai. Perfect to see all the temples you want, since 90% of them are inside the wall.
The only negative point is the noise isolation, since you can hear all the noise from outside, and the garbage truck at 5:00 a.m. is super noisy.
The rooms are small but super cozy, with everything you need and including a highly valued safe to store valuables, such as money and passports.

Maybe it's because I was assigned to the 1st floor, but it's uncomfortable because the toilet keeps flushing.

Great location right in the centre of the old city and everything looked newish so I'm guessing it isn't that old. My room was very modern and bright. The hotel has a lovely outdoor pool and seating area which is nicely shaded. Service was excellent from all staff. Exceptionally helpful front desk lady, super friendly cleaners with towels changed daily and room thoroughly cleaned and the same from the manager who always stopped to chat.
No food or bar except on a Sunday when the coffee bar opens which suited me fine with a great selection of coffee shops and restaurants very close by. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

The room is too small than expected, and meals are not provided at all.
They are told to use it at the cafe located next to the hotel, but it is not operated regularly either. Well, there are restaurants around that serve breakfast, but it doesn't make sense that most hotels don't offer breakfast.
