You can't check in early. There are unknown debris on the bed in the room. It feels like you just sprayed fragrance on it without changing the sheets. The sound insulation is very poor. You can hear your farts even from the next door. The couple next door had sex all night. Very disruptive to sleep

The room is large and the room is very nice. It's just that it's easy to knock your feet when getting out of the hammock. The boss doesn't speak Chinese, so friends who have poor English should use translation software. I booked a night for 175 RMB

This is the best hotel we were in Chang Mai!!! Garry was super kind with us and helped us with everything (renting bikes, recommending places to visit and so on!) I strongly recommend this hotel if you go there. 10/10

Thanks to the owners of Arbor House, their recommendations and their help in all the procedures, they made our experience in Chang Mai perfect. The facilities are very well maintained and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The perfect combination for a great trip. Totally recommended.
