Stayed 4 nights and it was one of the best stays! Everything was within walking distance and felt very safe. The staff at the front desk were sooo helpful and were always lovely. One woman in particular behind reception went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time in Chiang Mai! (I didn’t catch her name but she was so kind!)

Brilliant stay in a perfect hotel. Slightly outside the centre but was walking distance away! Clean, quiet, extra amenities, very helpful staff and a great pool

離古城步行10分鐘的巷內，200米左右有間小的7-11, 500米左右有間大的7-11、Lotus Fresh, Big C，附近不熱鬧安，但也因此算是安靜，面向路邊的房間晚上難免會有車聲，但不多，房間隔音不算太好，但運氣挺好，住客都還挺有素質，適合預算不高又怕吵的人。
員工很幫忙解答各種問題，一層有免費的咖啡、飲料、零食跟水可以取用。

Один из лучших отелей за всё время нашего путешествия по Таиланду. Приятный современный дизайн, чисто, очень заботливый, внимательный и дружелюбный персонал. Отдельное спасибо администратору Mie Mie за внимание и улыбку :-) Вкусные завтраки, безлимитные кофе, чай и вкусняшки. Расположение очень удачное - отель находится близко к центру, но вдали в шумных улиц, поэтому ночью тихо и спокойно. Чувствовали себя как дома, с радостью остановимся ещё раз.

前台是不是有問題啊 我白天放了個行李立馬就出去 晚上10點多才回去 早上7點多就退房了 而且我還帶了自己的枕巾穿睡眠襪子睡衣睡褲都是長袖 早上退房的時候那個男的檢查了 什麼事情都沒有 晚上回去取寄存在前台的行李 就開始跟我説把他們床單弄臟了要收費 怎麼也想不通 我也不化粧 全身都沒有挨着他們床單的地方 還能把他們床單搞臟？？然後我説早上檢查過退房時候是好的 那個女的就説抱歉 然後就又不收費了 是不是逮着一箇中國人就隨便坑一下 好説話的就多收點錢 不好説話的就算了？？本來覺得之前幾個前台服務還可以 最後來這一招

We stayed 7days in Chiang Mai, changed 3 hotels and this one was the best. Clean rooms, good size not to cold pool, complimentary snacks and coffee, tea.
