During the entire Chiang Mai trip, we stayed in five hotels, both expensive and cheap, and this was the worst. My wife came here after reading Xiaohongshu's recommendation and thought the hotel was very high-end, but let me make it clear at the beginning that the big tree in the photo of the public area is at the end of the hotel and serves the executive suite. The restaurant by the river serves wedding banquets and guests are not allowed to enter. The swimming pool is very high-end, but it is not suitable for swimming. In summary, in order to experience the high-end that I can't, I stayed in an old room with no view. My experience was really bad, and I can say very objectively and responsibly that there are too many good hotels in Chiang Mai, so don't choose this one. 1. Service: We have stayed in Nimman, the ancient city, and all the way east. In the last few days, we booked two five-star hotel resorts by the river. Full of expectations, the sour plum soup given as a drink before check-in was delicious. This is the only good thing about the whole hotel. After that, you need to pre-authorize a credit card for a deposit!!!! This is the only hotel I have encountered in Chiang Mai that requires a deposit. The key is that since there is a deposit, can you just leave when you check out? On the contrary, in all the hotels along the way, the waiter would send you out with a smile after handing in the room card. Only this hotel, which required a deposit, made me sit for 10 minutes to wait for the room to be checked. It was completely outrageous. My biggest conflict came from the check-in. A fierce lady at the front desk took me into the room and I smelled a very strong odor, the smell of an old guesthouse. My wife and I said there was a smell, and the elder sister looked at me angrily and said, "Why can't I smell it?" She really couldn't fix it for me, and then said there were no other rooms, only suites were available for an extra fee, and I said no problem. But the suite also had a very strong smell, and she still couldn't smell it. In this case, we said we would negotiate to check out and move to another place, and the elder sister said directly, "We don't refund", and then left!!! You dare to believe it. From the time I expressed that there was a smell, there was no solution for half an hour before and after, that is, you can stay or not, and you can't refund if you don't stay. Because we went to Jungle Flying in the afternoon and booked a massage in the evening, I quickly put down my bag and prepared to leave. I looked at the room for 30 minutes and sat in the room for 15 minutes, but the luggage was still not delivered. I called and it came up. It's outrageous. 2. Facilities: The romantic room we booked is really, really, really small. There was no room this small in the first five days under 1,000. The wash basin is very small, the bar is fully charged, and the view from the main window is the roof of the lobby, which is very dirty. The facilities are also very old. The key is here. When we came back to the river at night, we found that the hotel was really empty, not full as the front desk lady said. The swimming pool only looks good in the promotional photos. In reality, it is not suitable for swimming, and no one really goes down to swim. 3. Breakfast: Fortunately, we only have one day, and the next day we booked Maradi across the road. We thought about having breakfast and leaving quickly. We arrived at the restaurant at 10 o'clock, and there was almost nothing to eat. There were all kinds of Chinese stir-fried dishes and leftovers. In the end, we ate 3 fried rice to fill our stomachs. I wrote a lot, and I have already left the hotel. I also communicated a lot with Ctrip customer service, and everyone was helpless. But the reason is that we looked at the high-end photos on the Internet and reported unrealistic fantasies. If you come to Chiang Mai, if you don't believe me, I can come and see. If you believe me, don't come to affect your mood. Google ratings explain this. No matter how high-end the decoration in a hotel is, it is only real if you can use it. If you are not allowed to see or use it, it is like you are living in the toilet and there is a big bathtub in the promotional photos, but it is really useless.

The architectural style is traditional but the facilities are modern, which is a good combination of a leisurely resort hotel. The breakfast is very good, with different changes every day. There is no socket at the bedside, so you can't charge your phone while lying down.

There are ferries and French garden restaurants around. There is a very good Chinese restaurant 300 meters away. There is a different world behind the entrance. It is basically full every day.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. It has a big tree and is very beautiful. The swimming pool water is very cold during this season. The service is still very good. They are all familiar faces. Thank you very much. The location is also good.
