有驚喜到的一家酒店，在安納塔拉附近，酒店不大，但服務一流，服務人員笑容滿面，有事情都能很熱情的幫忙，各個角落打掃得都很細緻，是想要再來的一家酒店❤️

整個清邁行程中,我們住了五個酒店,貴的便宜的都有,這是最最最坑的。媳婦兒看小紅書推薦來的,覺得酒店很高級,但我開頭先説清楚,公共區域照片裏的大樹在酒店盡頭,為行政套服務。臨河的餐廳為婚宴服務,住客可進不去。泳池非常高級,但並不適合游泳。綜上,為了體驗不到的高級,住在毫無景色且老舊的房間,我的體驗真的很差,而且非常客觀的負責任的説,清邁好酒店太多,真的不要選這家。
1.服務：我們是住過寧曼,住過古城,一路向東,在最後的幾天定了河邊的兩個五星酒店度假村。滿懷期待,入住前飲料給的酸梅湯很好喝。這是整個酒店唯一的好。之後就需要信用卡預授按金!!!!這是我在清邁遇到的唯一一家要按金的。關鍵既然有按金,那退房是不是可以直接走？相反,我們這一路所有酒店,都是交房卡服務生歡聲笑語送你出門,衹有這家做了按金的,讓我坐了10分鐘等檢查房間。完全離譜。
我最大的矛盾來自於入住,前台一位面向很兇的女士帶我進房間,聞到很重很重的異味,就是老招待所那種味道,我和我媳婦兒表示有味道,大姐直接怒目看着我説“我怎麼聞不到”。確實給我弄不會了,然後説沒有其他房間了,衹有套房可以要加錢,我説沒問題。但套房也是味道極其重,她還是聞不到。既然如此,我們表示協商退房,換地方住就是了,大姐直接説“我們可不退款”,然後就走了!!!你敢相信。從我表達有味道,前後半小時沒有一點解決方案,就是愛住不住,不住也不退。
因為下午我們去了叢林飛躍,晚上還預約了一家馬殺雞,就趕緊放下包準備走了。換房看了30分鐘,房裡坐了15分鐘,行李還是沒送上來,我打電話才上來。就非常離譜。
2.設施：我們定的浪漫房,真的真的真的很小,前五天裏1000以內的房子也沒有這麼小的,洗手盆巨小,吧枱全收費,主窗風景就是大堂的房頂,臟極了。設施也非常的老舊。關鍵來了,晚上我們回來去河邊轉,發現酒店真的很空,根本不是前台大姐説的滿房。泳池衹有宣傳圖拍的好看,真實情況不適合游泳,也確實沒人下去遊。
3.早餐：好在我們衹有一天,而且第二天定的是馬路對面的馬拉迪,想着吃個早餐趕緊走了。10點到餐廳,幾乎沒吃的了,各種中式炒菜殘羹剩飯,最後吃了3個炒飯果腹。
寫了很多,已經是離開酒店了,和攜程客服也溝通了很多,大家都很無奈。但原因也是我們看了網上高級的照片,報了不切實際的幻想。如果您來清邁,不信我可以來看看,信我就真的不要來影響自己的心情,谷歌評分説明瞭這些。
酒店裡的裝飾再高級,能為你所用的才是實在的,不讓你看,不讓你用,你住廁所,宣傳照裏是大浴缸,真的沒啥用。

非常棒的精品酒店，很多老外選擇在此居住。價格也是非常合適，很有精品的感覺，早餐室外吃很適宜。還有手信可以帶走。

The staffs are always attentive and kind. The room is clean. However their significant tree in the yard is sick so there are not many leaves.
You can rent a bike here but it is served first come first in the morning.
Not many choices for breakfast as a five star hotel.

非常適合度假，悠閑自在。可租自行車漫遊古城，環境也非常原生態，生命樹是其特別標誌。周邊有渡船、法國花園餐廳、走路300米有一家中餐非常好，進門往後走別有洞天，每天基本爆滿

The facilities, the food of time restaurant and the overall services are excellent and fantastic. Special thanks to Geo for his email answering on all our queries before we come and his hospitality is great & offering free upgrade to Royal deluxe room and 30% off for the Spa with children and husband in one room. This hotel allows to borrow bikes for free and so chill & nice.
