Big room, comfortable, have stayed there 2 times already. But you might be a little shocked by the sound of the water, but that's okay. Good service staff, close to the center of Chiang Mai. Can walk a short distance, very comfortable. Breakfast is good.

It would be great if you were an individual traveler, but we went with a car as a family of 4 and there is no separate parking lot. The internet doesn't work well either.
It is comforting to say that the cost-effective price for a family of four is 67,000 won, so you can just stay in a cheap hotel.

Location is good, room is spacious. Bed is comfortable. Shower is not great. Table is ok, but chair is too high and uncomfortable for it. Huge tv on the wall. This is first hotel without free water i ever seen in Chiangmai.

Good location, walking distance to many cafes. lovely staff good talk and smile But when going to stay, there shouldn't be many people staying that night. So it's a bit scary at night because the accommodation is decorated quite dark. But the atmosphere in the room is good. The items are quite complete, TV has Netflix, YouTube, thick blankets, comfortable beds. Breakfast is available to choose from, such as porridge and breakfast, freshly made, hot, delicious. Overall, it's good.
