De Chai the Deco Chiang Mai

The location of the hotel is okay, on the ancient city side, close to Tha Pae Gate. The room is quite spacious, but it is long and has many gaps in the middle, so it doesn't feel very grand. It is on the second floor and there is a swimming pool outside, which is not noisy. The service attitude at the front desk is acceptable~

In conclusion, it's a basic place with no friendly, cleanliness service. The reason I'm writing this in detail is because I was in a really bad mood for 2 days and ruined part of my trip, so I thought it might be of some help to others. Check-in at 2 o'clock was strict. When I entered the room, I saw a used hand towel. The shower towel was None. There were two of them hanging like that in the picture. I showed them the picture at the desk and talked to them, but they didn't even understand. I talked to another employee and got a towel. It was absurd. I put the bag on the shelf and it was dusty. I wiped it with a wet tissue and sat down on the bed, and there was dust on the headboard like that. Yes, I asked for cleaning the next day, but they didn't clean the dust. It was so dirty that I cleaned it myself after coming from a trip. I knew it was unfriendly after reading the reviews, but no one even smiled or said hello. It seemed like they didn't consider the guests who I was more embarrassed by when I greeted them as guests. It was worse than the 3-star hotel next door. I went for a run, but there was no water purifier, which is common in Thailand, and of course there were no towels. The reason I found out was by looking at the fine details. Various fine details were printed on the table. We, who have traveled a lot, have never seen such detailed fine details for the first time. There are photos. Two bottles of water are provided. They tell you to buy it. It's imitating a luxury hotel (among Chiang Mai hotels, there are a lot of hotels that provide water at all times, and water purifiers are also common). It's even more absurd that ice is provided in the breakfast room. Even if you don't get it through room service, iced coffee is not available in this hot area. Only Hot Coffee The facilities are good, but there is no more service and the basics are even worse. I travel a lot, so I was very satisfied with hotels that had basic facilities even if they were not good, but this place doesn't have the basics, so I don't think it will change.

There are relatively few types of breakfast, and the taste is not ordinary. I ordered two glasses of chicken wine and it was hard to describe. The facilities are all at a normal level. The location is good and the environment is good.

The room is very clean and tidy, and very quiet. The mattress is very comfortable and very refreshing. The hotel's breakfast is very delicious, with many styles. The best is scrambled eggs. The coffee tastes strong and I like it very much.

The bath water is hot and cold, big and small, and the temperature of the air conditioner is not low enough. Everything else is fine

The two-bedroom suite we live in has no separate living room. The layout is not good. There is a swimming pool outside the window. Someone is cleaning the swimming pool in the middle of the night or something. It is very noisy. The curtains cannot be opened at all, otherwise swimmers will see you. The whole room is very dark , is the location and breakfast good
