The hotel's restaurant wasn't even open during the stay. Completely overpriced and not worth it.

The booked family room has a small balcony. I personally like the hotel design, industrial and artistic style. The first floor is a cafe and breakfast room, consisting of indoor and outdoor gardens. It was very comfortable to have breakfast, drink coffee and tea in the garden every morning😌The room was also very clean. It seems to be run by a couple, and the boss is very nice. Yesterday, when I was waiting for the Elephant House staff to pick me up, because it was half an hour late, the boss took the initiative to call me for consultation. After waiting for a while, 2 cars came to pick us up haha. In fact, the first one was late, and another one was called by phone. All in all, the experience was great. If I have the chance, I would consider staying here again.

Absolutely excellent hotel. Room was spotless, and location perfect - great restaurants and bars on the doorstep and old part of Chiang Mai easily walkable. Plenty of variety at breakfast with friendly efficient service throughout my stay. Many thanks to all the staff.

The hotel is located in a hipster location called Nimman district where you can find great Cafes, restaurants, and a mall within walking distance. The room looks exactly like in the pictures. It’s clean and has a good smell. I had an amazing sleep. The mattress and pillows are super comfy. My room had a balcony facing the garden. From there you can see the temple at the mountain when the weather is clear. The only downside was that I could only stay for one night as it was the end of my holidays. Will come back.
