The hotel is in a good location. Turn right and you will find the Chedi Luang Temple a few dozen meters away, which is also the Sunday night market. 711 is also opposite the Chedi Luang Temple. Turn left and walk five minutes to the famous Chiang Mai beef noodles. Their Thai milk is great. There are many places to eat and drink nearby, and there are many temples. It is also close to Tha Pae Gate. The location is perfect.
I checked in at the hotel after 8 o'clock in the evening. Ctrip ordered a welcome fruit, but it was not given.
The whole hotel environment is still good, the room facilities are all there, and the hotel and the room are kept relatively clean.
Three points are not satisfactory
1. Breakfast~full, taste bad, not many choices.
2. There is no elevator. When checking in, someone helped with the luggage. When leaving, we were already on the first floor, and then a service guy came to help us.
3. The room booked in advance is two hundred more expensive than the room that others booked on the same day.
Overall evaluation: average. Before the epidemic, I went to Chiang Mai two or three times a year, and after the epidemic, I will go there every year. But I will not choose this hotel again.

The room is very unique. The balcony is very beautiful. The hotel is very atmospheric overall, but there is no elevator and the cleaning is not very good. The sound insulation is not good. The breakfast is delicious. The location is convenient in the ancient city.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room. Fantastic stay and super money worth.
Location is very convenient. Surrounded by massage shops, restaurants and a 7-11. Saturday night market (~10 mins walk) and Sunday night market (~1 min walk).
One thing to take note: the room wooden floor is quite slippery.
