This hotel is perfectly located in the old town of Chiang mai . For people into night life it’s the ideal location since most bars are only 10-15 mins walking distance away . The hotel itself relatively easy to find and it’s close to the airport. Staff is friendly and breakfast is decent.

A very bad hotel, arguably the worst in Chiang Mai. The hotel is old and the network is poor. The mattress was more than twenty centimeters away from the head of the bed. I couldn't even lean on the head of the bed if I wanted to, and the pillows kept falling into the gaps at the head of the bed. The most unbearable thing is that the four sides of the bed protrude much more than the mattress. If you are not careful, you will bump your legs and peel off the skin. There is no safe in the room. It is not a card to open the door, but a key. It is not safe at all. The service staff has very poor English and cannot communicate. The breakfast is also very poor, there is nothing to eat, and the room price does not match the hotel. If you want to book, please listen to the advice and avoid the pitfalls. Don't book this hotel.

This hotel isn't quite what it used to be, after Covid (for example there is no longer a buffet breakfast, just set menu). However, the amazing staff are still doing their very best and you can't argue with the price plus what they do serve is ample, fresh and tasty. It is still very homely, clean and comfortable with a great location. If you are vegan then there is a fantastic place five minutes' walk down the road on the left. Overall, I loved my stay and would happily stay here again. Thanks!
