Best place we have visited so far. Mainly because of the host. He is very kind and is always there for you. We also could rent scooters for 250-300baht/day. The house gives you homie vibes. I would recommend it.

The blanket is like a towel. The room is like an old dormitory. But the owner provides good service, speaks well, and recommends everything.

if you prefer a place away from the busy places but not too far, this is recommendable. grab bike costs around 40 to 100 thb to visit the most visited places in chiang mai. the host is accommodating. the guest house does make you feel the ambience of a province. ac works just fine. i just think they need to replace the shower head since it is not satisfying lol

The hotel is clean, the atmosphere is good, the staff at reception are good and very friendly.

The room was quite clean, but the facilities were a bit old and the room had a slightly damp smell. The sheets looked a little darkened with use and the mattress was very thin. The toilet didn't work after flushing it twice.
The air conditioning is very powerful and the price is quite affordable. You can check in 2 hours in advance and get a good night's sleep.

Jay is a really nice guy. He is patient and friendly. The room deserves 5 stars for its price. As the price is really budget friendly, I don’t have any complaints. It’s has air-con. The place is not in downtown so it is quite. At the same time, it is not far from the downtown. So I like it.
