Loved it. Wasn't expecting much due to the low costs, but the previous reviews are all true. The owner is a character and always up for a chat. The lady behind the reception, is always willing to help, and was able to change things last minute notice to suit us, and even check us in early. Very helpful, and always willing to help. Great location, nice clean rooms, and just an overall a good vibe. Loved how you good just chill downstairs in the garden and then plan your day. Loved the place love the staff and we would not hesitate to return. Thank you

Super séjour chez all 1 one, l’accueil était au top, établissement très propre, joli et confortable. Le gérant Gilles, un Français, est très sympathique et donne de bon conseils pour votre séjour à Chiang Mai. De plus l’établissement est très bien situé, dans une ruelle calme de la vielle ville, proche de bons restaurants. Un sans faute;) Allez y les yeux fermés.

Gilles est toujours aussi accueillant et efficace. Les chambres sont top : clim, frigo, wifi parfaite. Excellent emplacement, au calme. Eau fraiche à disposition. Et maintenant : petit-déjeuner sur place possible ! Merci pour ces trois nuits relax ! Christian & Nadia

Super accueil du français polyglotte Gilles, chambres confortables (ménage tous les jours) et très propres, service impeccable et excellents conseils pour les bonnes adresses et les visites. Le tout dans la bonne humeur avec beaucoup d humour. De plus belles rencontres humaines avec une clientèle française mais également internationale. Je recommande vraiment ce lieu magique très bien situé dans une ruelle calme près de tout pour découvrir une ville magique. Merci Gilles

All in 1 rispecchia interamente il suo nome! Ho trovato tutto quello che cercavo e di cui avevo bisogno: accoglienza, informazioni preziose e tour organizzati di qualità (ho provato la cooking class e il tour di Chiang Rai) ampia camera e pulizia impeccabile. Gilles e il suo team sono davvero straordinari, mi hanno addirittura preparato la colazione alla 6.45am per facilitare la mia gita a Chiang Rai. Se avete la fortuna di trovare disponibilità, prenotate subito!!

Un rapport qualité/prix imbattable, le cadre est hyper sympa et agréable, la literie est nickel. L'équipe est toujours souriante et donne de très bon conseil pour vos visites. Et surtout Gilles, le patron, une expérience à lui tout seul. Un endroit à venir voir même si on n'y loge pas.

c est un avre de paix au milieu de la ville. hôtel avec simple mais avec beaucoup de charme. très propre, il se situe dans un quartier très calme de chiang mai mais à côté de tout . Gilles le propriétaire est français et partage volontiers ses bonnes adresses.
